They help
They help relax me but I don’t find that they make me fall asleep faster. I have major insomnia and it takes up to 3 hours to fall asleep. I do find that the quality of my sleep has improved, however.

I have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep. I take two of the Sleep 3 with two diphenhydramine and that works for me without leaving me too drowsy in the morning.

The higher melatonin does nothing except make it harder to get motivated all morning.
I thought 60mg of melatonin would knock me out, but I saw no difference between these and my 10 mg of melatonin ones. I have noticed I feel less motivated in the morning, but not with the 10. The price was was decent. It had no bad aftertaste.

Reaction Possible
This did not work for me unfortunately, but that just might be a reaction I had to it.I woke up 5 times, had severe headache and severe cramps with this, plus burning in my left hand during the night. I wonât be trying that again.Melatonin and Magnesium (Calm) donât seem to do that to me so I was surprised. I have used these together with moderate success.Capsules are larger but that was not a deal breaker.Price was fine.I was hopeful that this would work, but unfortunately it did the opposite.Tylenol PM seems to always keep me asleep, but my understanding is that the Benadryl ingredients may contribute to Alzheimerâs and Dementia which I canât risk.Looking for things that would help that are safe.
