Updated Feb 11, 2019:A day after I posted my review informing what happened (comments below) I received an email apologizing for it and asking if I would accept another device free of charge as a compensation. With my acceptance, in 3 days I received other steamer and this one was perfectly functioning and it is really good. The attention didnt stop there as they called me to make sure I was satisfied with the second device sent and also letting me know they were available for anything I’d need.I can say that problems can happen with anyone but the way you choose to address it makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend this seller and product.*****************Just received mine, poured in distilled water as recommended, plugged in 3 different power outlets, but it won’t work! I hear the beep but right after plugging in, the lights stay blinking and the buttons do not respond, the water doesn’t heat up, nothing is working! It is really frustrating!

YOU CAN CLEAN THE GLASS WATER CONTAINER!
I accidentally left water in the glass container and it got a bit moldy. There is no way to really clean that glass container that holds the water easily BUT you can screw the entire top off. I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to take it apart so if you want to do it, do it at your own risk :)First, you remove the tiny screws off the top white part first then gently pull it off. Then under that you’ll find a black plate which sits on top of the glass container. You unscrew that off and gently lift it up. Be careful because there are tubes and two mental prongs attached to it so just lay it gently over so nothing gets detached or breaks. Then you can get in there and clean it. I used some water, white vinegar and a tiny bit of dawn to wipe it down with a paper towel. I rinsed it thoroughly and then gently put it all back together. Worked great after putting it back together. I don’t mind doing this after many uses to keep that glass container clean.The next time I take it apart I will update this review with photos but it’s not that hard to figure it out! If I can do it, anyone can.

I bought it for the essential oil feature. Used 1 time! After the 1 time, the door that is supposed to cover the oil filter doesnât move, you can see in the pictures hairline cracks in it, and the oil literally ate the plastic away. I use top quality oils and after 1 use this shouldnât have happened.

I was little hesitant to buy this facial streamer, due to some reviews, but I thought i should give it a try, am glad I did that.I was very surprised at the quality of this streamer, it works perfectly just like the floor standing one, also easy to use and light weight too, and the stream is very strong, and doesn’t take long for the water to reach it temperature. aromatherapy 0/10everything else 9/10There’s no aromatherapy container, instead you pour a little oil on a piece of fabric. Because of this, you can barely smell it. I used lemon oil and if I concentrated really hard I could *maybe* feel a very faint lemon aroma.The machine has 2 red leds, one for steam, the other one for ozone, and it beeps when you press them- twice when you turn it off.The tank is made of glass, which is rare, so less plastic-y smell. The steam is nice and soft, no sputters. There are heat guards everywhere so you won’t get burned.The tank isn’t removable, you fill it up through a large opening at the top, so no chamomile tea in this one.The steam arm is a bit difficult to remove, but that may be because it’s new. It also looks like it’s made of glass under the plastic guard.Overall I’m happy with it, time will tell if it will last.
