Face steamer with lots of great features!
The Kingsteam Professional Facial Steamer is surprisingly well-made and delivers professional-quality steaming results. I’m pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this item, and once assembled, it’s sturdy and easy to use. The assembly was reasonably simple, although the instructions leave a lot to be desired. There are little drawings to show how all of the parts go together, and sometimes they’re not clear. That said, if you look at the picture of the actual item, it’s easy to deduce what goes where.Once it was together, I added some distilled water and got to steaming. It takes a few minutes to heat up, but as soon as it starts boiling, the steam is intense. It does have two steam settings, and I found the higher one to be too hot for my fair skin. The low setting was great, and the timer function shut the steam off after the five minutes I wanted. The machine was virtually silent, with the only sounds being a low bubbling of boiling water. There is a little tube where a cotton ball with essential oil can be added for a little aromatherapy. I think it’s a nice addition but not necessary for operation.After a couple of uses, I’m satisfied with this steamer. I think the price is reasonable and I believe it will last for a long time. My only complaint is the instructions for use, or more to the point, the lack of instructions for use. While using it is somewhat straightforward, there are numbered steps, and some of the steps are missing in my booklet. I don’t know if it’s just my copy or all of them, but there are gaps in the instructions that seem important to me. I was able to figure everything out, but instructions for items that get super hot are important and should be complete. That said, this steamer works well and makes my face dewy, so I’m happy with it.

Spa-Like Experience at Home with This Facial Steamer!
I was very impressed with this facial steamer from the moment I unboxed it! I had been curious about facial steamers for a while, and finally decided to give one a tryâand Iâm so glad I did. It was super easy to assemble right out of the box, with no complicated setup required.Once I added the water and turned it on, it heated up quickly and started producing steam in just a short time. One thing I really appreciated is how quietly it runsâno loud buzzing or humming, just a gentle stream of warm mist. The quality of the ionized steam feels excellent, and Iâve definitely noticed a difference in the texture and softness of my skin after each use. It opens up my pores nicely and leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean.An added bonus is that you can mix in essential oils, which really enhances the overall spa-like experience. While the price is a bit on the higher side, the performance and quality make it feel worth the investment. So far, itâs working great, and Iâve truly enjoyed incorporating it into my skincare routine.

This is a hot steam not a cool mist
If you have the budget and the space to store this professional facial steamer then itâs something I think you will definitely enjoy. Do you need this in your life to survive another day? Nope, you sure do not but itâs a delightful addition if youâre looking to pick one up. Do your research first to make sure hot steam is something thatâs good for your skin type because itâs not for everyone and can make certain conditions worse. Also, I included a picture from the instructions, donât use tap water in this, itâs only meant for distilled or purified water. Anything else will damage your unit so be careful. Straight out of the box assembly was easy even for me whoâs left handed and has a tendency to put things together backwards the first time around. No tools were needed and everything fit together perfectly. Once itâs all set up itâs pretty substantial and doesnât feel cheap or like it will fall apart in a single use. This was balanced enough to easily wheel around on both tile and carpet without tipping over or snagging in spots while I wheeled it around the house. Iâve had this for 2 weeks now and after talking with a friend who went to cosmetology school was told while it may be nice to have, to also not overdo it with the steaming and only do it no more than twice a week for me skin type. I have very oily skin, itâs extreme! So itâs all put together now I just needed to test it out before my roommates and I have our spa night. Adding water to the steamer is very easy, you can either take the plastic cup off the bottom by rotating it or you can add it through the convenient hole in the top of the steamer for just this purpose. Water added and turning the machine on is super easy with indicator lights so you know itâs working. Thereâs even a light in the water tank area which for a half a second made me feel like a mad scientist performing an experiment when the water started boiling from the heating element. (Of note the water tank does get very hot with boiling water in it so be careful not to touch that area or use this around small children who might try and get too close and burn themselves.) Once on this heats up pretty quickly and puts out quite a bit of steam. The arm is adjustable so you have options for direction, height, and intensity. This has a high and low steam option easily selected by double tapping the on or button. After setting my desired time for my steam treatment and laying down in the steam I donât know what I expected but I didnât think the air would be so warm. This was a foot from me as the instructions say no closer than 8 inches to avoid steam burns and I found myself engulfed in a warm misty cloud of relaxation. Another note if you have problems breathing humid air this might not be for you. But for me I swear I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed while using this steamer. Once my roommates and I got together for our spa night we really put this thing through its paces! It held up like a champ and will be getting wheeled out for our regular monthly get together going forward. My only hesitation beyond the pice of these sort of things is that I donât know if Iâd use it in the summer. Once our single week of spring passes in my area summer comes in with the heat an humidity of the south even if we donât live there. And I canât imagine wanting to use this when itâs already so hot out that I can get the same result by standing outside for 10 minutes for free. I like this a lot, Iâll use it a ton in the fall and winter but maybe not so much the rest of the year. And depending on how much I like it I may see if my hairdresser friend wants to give this a try in her salon. If she does Iâll update the review accordingly.

Great for home or professional use
I love a good facial but I hate the high cost. Having such a high end steamer is a great way to get your skin feeling like you went to the spa but your wallet feeling like you can still afford to go out ,or save some cash what ever you want. Even though this is a big machine it’s not unwieldy and is worth it since you don’t have to refill and wait for the steam to restart over and over again like with the small face steamers. If you are anything like me and enjoy the whole process of taking care of your skin then this is something you want.

First review day 1, ONE steam it was working well, next client..NO STEAM ;-(. Next day, tried again.. nothing. Returned with no problems, shipping was fast… I will update when it lasts at least 6 months-year.
