This is an excellent brace that stays in place all afternoon, while I play golf. Congratulations on a superb, very helpful product! I am a healthy 73 year old man. I squatted to pickup a package and that tore my medial meniscus and lateral tendons. I also banged my knee so hard, it caused cracks in the head of the femur and a crack in the knee cap. Pain was terrible. I stayed off the knee for a week, then bought this brace. The pain is gone and this brace is a most confirtable way of staying comfortabe while doing anything.

Overall good brace for light sport activity.
Brace was easy to put on and adjust for additional tension. It felt comfortable. Did not shift for duration of day while skiing. Provided reasonable rotational support during majority of ski runs. However, itâs not a magic bullet. The springs donât provide much weight support and energy return on shifting from side to side when skiing.

Immediate pain relief
I will update in a few months after trying this brace out, but today it immediately made my knee feel better. My knee has been aching the past few days. In desperation, I ordered this early this morning around 5 am, and fortunately Amazon had same day delivery. I received it today at noon and put it on right away. I was amazed how this helped instantly. I was able to get out of my recliner and stand up without pain, and then went into my garage, which has very high steps, and I could go down the steps with my supported right knee without difficulty, which I could not do four hours earlier. Time will tell if this continues to provide such great support, but I am incredibly grateful for the relief it provides right now. In fact, I’m going to order another one for my left knee. It’s a lot more effective than the compression knee sleeves I have been using for years.Update 1: 2/8/2025. Today, the second day, I took it off because it started to feel too tight after wearing it overnight. I was happy to learn that my knee felt fine without it, and I have been active today. The brace really helped. I may need it for everyday use eventually, but I was able to give my knee a break from it today. It still is a five-star product for me.

I am a cyclist resuming bike riding for exercise after a long calf injury. Recently, one knee buckled when pushing off to get on the bike and I fell. My orthopedic doc gave me the discouraging news that the only thing that will help the push off buckling problem is to strength the calves, quads, glutes, and ligaments around the arthritic knee. I hoped he was wrong and tried hinged braces, braces, and neoprene sleeves. I returned them because I could not wrap them tight enough in the places I needed support. Then I tried the Exous body gear knee wrap. I like it because it is shorter, less bulky, and allows full range of motion on the bike. But I LOVE the 4 adjustable straps, which are sturdy and allow me to place them where I need the most support. Will it help the push off problem? No, the Doc was right. I push off with the other leg now, but the Exous brace keeps my knee protected, comfortable, and secure.

I see that the EX-701 by exousbodygear has been selling for a number of years on other amazon market places. I saw they had over 1600 5 star review from usa to Uk and even in Europe, so I thought about looking further and after reading them and also watching a lot of you youtube videos on the ex-701 I decided to buy once I saw the difference from the other knee braces on the market. I was looking for a knee brace that specifically gave a much better support to the ones I have tried to date. This is exactly what I was looking for the way the knee brace fits gives incredible support all over my knee. I need patella support as I have a mild case of jumpers knee so with rehab and physio settles down but I need a band and pressure on the patella when I exercise. This knee brace does exactly that is really gives a nice flexible support that stays put when I do my exercise and I love that.The brace is really adjustable in every place which is more so than other styles out there its also quite lightweight and easily wearable under clothes.I have used it several times now from helping to do knee rehab exercises (angled squats) and also it is very good to run in, it stays in place for a good 15 min, normally i have to adjust other ones every few minutes this one does really stay put.Def worth buying – one thing is you have to make sure you fit the guidelines I emailed the brand as they have the measurements only in inches and not metric so a little working out but other than that superb!

This knee brace is great for those who have problems with patella pain and also instability around the medial or lateral ligaments. The way it works is quite unique it has 4 straps which actually kind of wrap themselves all around your knee. It gives an incredible sense of support. I like the way you can adjust each strap which helps getting the fit just as you need. There are flexible coils on both the medial and lateral sides of the knee brace which really works well in combination with how you strap up the support. I canât really explain it any better than that. It really stays put as well too many other types of knee braces I have used and you may also find this your self if you are a chronic knee pain sufferer that all too often they can slip very quickly. This particular design does exactly as it says on the product description it stays in place and gives fantastic support to both sides of the knee. The reason I bought it was for the patella support, the small cross over straps which over and under the knee cap is really good in reducing the pain as it helps push the patella tendon down when it’s a bit inflamed and has a patella band like effect giving me some pain relief.

Exactly what I needed! The knee brace stays where I need it to and the documentation and instructions given with the knee brace were excellent. There are really good user guid videos on the company’s you tube channel which shows how best to fit it and also why it is different to the other standard knee braces.Makes my day wearing this brace and I canât recommend it enough.
