Quality product.
I couldn’t be happier with this lamp. Sturdy, wide base. Can be set on the floor or on a table by using one or two height extensions. This thing goes together in about five minutes. The remote works perfectly. Big screen puts out several different types of light at several different levels. Also can be adjusted right on the lamp itself. I turn it on every morning when I sit to read the news and drink my coffee. I believe it elevates my mood, especially on those gloomy days. Highly recommend this product.

Oh my goodness! I just put my lamp together (5-10 minutes, putting it was so together easy & the included screwdriver a great touch) remote paired easily as well.It is wonderful! The lighting adjustments are outstanding and I donât want to turn it off!Definitely will be buying more, love, love!

Lots of choices for lighting
I read used books alot. Some are old and not easy to see. I use this light to read on those dark gloomy days for 5 months of the year. It has many options for brightness and light color. I also use it to groom my dog, clipping black toenails is tricky, and brushing his teeth and cleaning his ears. Really works well,

I like this lamp
I work from home and am on video calls all day. Requiring a decent lighting setup so I can look my best on camera. I used to have a ring light for this function. Recently, my doctor told me to get a therapy lamp to help with my mood, as Winter is coming.This lamp is nice because it can sit at two heights. I would prefer it to be a bit more adjustable, but it does fit well on my desk at the lowest height. It’s much brighter than the ring light it replaced. I have to keep it on the medium setting or it’s way too bright.Using a lux meter on my phone, with the lamp at 50% brightness and me standing ~30 inches away the lamp measures about 5800 lux at my eye. Considering I have it on at minimum 2 hours a day I think I should be getting enough light to improve my mood.

I’m happy with this purchase. The light is packaged very well. Easy to put together, a child could put it together. Quality build, heavy base keeps the light stable. Functionality: Remote has several different options, Reading, Gaming, Computer, even a relaxing coffee or tea function. Everything works as advertised. Better than anticipated!

I set up the SAD lamp using a smart plug, scheduled to turn on every morning at 7 AM through a mobile app. The smart plug is not included with the lamp, but itâs necessary if you want it to turn on automatically. The built-in timer on the lamp only works to turn it off and needs to be set manually each timeâit does not have an option to turn itself on.I keep the lamp on my bedside, and Iâve found it to be a very effective way to start the day. It took about four weeks before I noticed a difference, and Iâve now been using it every day for seven weeks. The lamp remembers the last brightness and color settings, so when used with a smart plug, it turns on with the same settings automatically.At this point, Iâm able to wake up naturally before the lamp even turns on, and Iâve noticed an improvement in both the quality of my sleep and my overall energy levels.I rarely use the included remote. I recommend using the lamp at full brightness for 15 minutes; any longer might feel too intense.
