A BATHROOM SOLUTION: Discreet, reusable urinal for women that provides a revolutionary bathroom option to pee standing up. Take it hiking, camping, to concerts, porta potties, traveling and more; no more crouching!
PORTABLE + CONVENIENT: Fits in your backpack, purse, pocket, or glove compartment and is TSA compliant. A must have for outdoor activities, hiking supplies, road trip essentials, limited or unsanitary bathroom facilities, restricted mobility, and post-surgery.
CLEAN + HYGENIC: Made of high-quality and durable medical-grade silicone with co-molded plastic so it does not collapse while in use. This female urinal funnel is moisture wicking and eliminates any mess or spill, keeping the user and those around them clean.
EASY TO USE: Simply hold against your body, form a seal, aim, and go! The EllaPee’s longer spout carries urine further away from your body and the narrow shape requires you to lower your pants less, giving you more privacy.
REUSABLE + WASHABLE: The EllaPee portable bathroom easily stores in its own carrying case for discreet use. Both the item and its case are washable and reusable. Available in multiple colors.

Customers say

Customers find the urinal funnel works well and is particularly useful for outdoor activities like hiking and camping. They appreciate its sturdiness with a rigid design that holds its shape, and its ease of use, with one customer noting it’s easy to use public facilities. The product is easy to clean and keeps things tidy, with no splash or leakage issues. While some customers find it fits comfortably in a 2L water bladder pack, others mention it takes up a fair bit of space. The spout length receives mixed feedback, with some customers wishing it was longer.

    Wonderful
This is the best thing for camping and hiking. Fits great in a bag. I get the small tissue packets to use to wipe!

    Game changer for me
I’d looked at these type of units before but never quite hit the “buy” button. I freaking love this thing now and can’t believe I didn’t get one years ago. A recent trip to Hawaii led me to seriously look again, and I decided on this one for a few reasons:
    1. Hybrid construction: the combination of a rigid support structure with a soft silicone body was the reason I chose this one. All the other ones were either hard plastic or completely soft silicone. This is the key to why I love it; I can seat it securely with a good seal (soft edge), direct the flow (soft spout) and it’s comfortable to keep a firm grip (rigid), without it collapsing (rigid) like only silicone would. It’s the perfect combination.
    2. The carrying case was nice so I could “palm” it on the way to the bathroom without being obvious, and at one point my bag was too full so I just clipped it on the outside without a problem or concern.
    3. The silicone interior was easy to wipe out with toilet paper and wipes in the stall until I could properly clean it while still feeling sanitary and not gross.
I’m approaching fifty and I’m over the only options being: squat over toilets or feel like I’m sitting on unsanitary surfaces at best or disgusting wetness at worst. Wearing a backpack causes a further issues because it’s hard to balance while squatting; I’m over it. I needed a Plan C. This one creates a nice firm seal and I could relieve myself even with a strong flow without spillage. Tipping the unit forward as you remove it pulls any lingering wetness off your body, and the slippery silicone sheds all the liquid except maybe a couple drops. I used it at the airport, on the plane (long flights = disgusting bathrooms), at national park hole-in-the-floor latrines, and on a hike. I was ecstatic I didn’t have to squat and it made relieving myself easy and quick.
I know the size is an issue for some people, but it didn’t bother me. It’s not ‘small’ but I think it’s discreet enough in the carrying case. I could fit it easily in a small shoulder sling-style purse. I prefer the larger size for holding it because I never peed on my hand once. I did have one accident because I tried to rush and didn’t seal it correctly against my body. Totally user error. Learned my lesson and never had a problem again. This is a staple in my bag now and I’ll never leave home without it!

    Easy to use…practical
Mywife bought this to use when we take car trips or hike in the woods. She says it so easy to use. It does come with a waterproof case but that is a tad small in size if you also want to keep a pee cloth in with the FUD. So she made another case to use with it. Her advice is also that you should practice with this before venturing out!

    Interesting device!
I purchased this and the Venus to Mars female urination devices to try this stuff out. Similar price, utility, and included carry case. I thought I would like this one better because of the soft silicone rim and the enclosed exit tube, but when I’ve tried it I’ve found that it can be hard to aim the stream of liquid because sometimes it will come out in like a spiral through the tube and constantly change direction. I didn’t have this problem with the Venus to Mars. It’s usable, but I have to be more careful with aiming. Otherwise, the fit and comfort level were fine. It is larger and bulkier than a device like the Venus to Mars, so a bit less discreet. Maybe it would work better than the Venus to Mars if you needed to pee in a bottle? But I have not tested this out.

Best option of 3 devices tried
First, this is my experience with 3 different devices — your experience might be different. As many reviewers have said, practice is key to have comfort with these devices when using outdoors. Try first in the shower, then at home in the bathroom before trying outdoors.
With all of these, zipped pants/shorts work better than drawstring ones, as you can unzip and not need to pull down your clothing. For the Freshette and the EllaPee, you can use the hand not holding the device to pull your underwear to the side.
I’ve had a P-style for years and used it occasionally. Pros: single piece of hard plastic that doesn’t collapse. Easy to store and clean. Smallest of the three devices. Cons: open at the top so spillage is more likely. Using the hard plastic to ‘wipe’ needs care. Can’t easily pull underwear to the side and use it without risk of spilling/leaks.
I also have a newer version ‘Freshette’ and have practiced with it but not used on hikes. Pros: the design ‘cups’ your ladybits and the open area is closed against your body so reduces spillage possibility. Silicon is fairly rigid so doesn’t collapse and isn’t as hard a material as the p-style. Cons: the tube connects to the body of the device and is an obvious failure point if not *firmly* sealed to the body of the device. If you make sure it’s fully sealed at home, then that might not be the case after jostling around in a ziplock in your backpack.
The EllaPee for me is the best of the trio. Pros: also cups your ladybits and the top/large opening is closed against your body. The main portion is soft silicon with a harder silicon support structure. Single piece to reduce failure points. Easiest of the three to use when wearing zipped pants/shorts and pulling underwear to the side. Cons: it’s larger than the p-style but smaller than the Freshette. The bag it comes with is big enough only for the device, so it won’t carry any wipes to clean either yourself or the device–but that’s a really minor con for me.

Not used in an emergency situation yet but practiced in the shower as recommended & even standing at the toilet, all very successfully. Having this item gives me confidence that if I get caught out in the great outdoors, or in a traffic jam (combined with a suitable recepticle), I’ll be able to manage the situation with some dignity! Highly recommend.
