This LIFEPRO Velocity 2.0 Vibration Massage Roller Ball is a powerful, deep-tissue massager. It has helped my sciatica tremendously. It is USB rechargeable giving it the benefit of being cordless and portable. Very durable and also, a great treat to use on the arches of my feet

I heard about vibrating rollers when I read Tom Brady’s TB12. What intrigued me most was the concept of muscle pliability – that having long soft muscles makes you less prone to injury and pain.I have suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain for more than thirty years due to a neck injury I received in a head on car accident. This injury causes the muscles in my neck and left shoulder to tense up and become knotted, causing pain that radiates into my neck, shoulder, and scapula area. This gets aggravated at work when I have to spend most of the day staring at a computer, or when I have to make long road trips.I have tried regular rollers in the past, the smooth ones weren’t very effective, and the ones with the aggressive bumps on them beat me up too much. The LifePro Surger has been a perfect solution for me. There are four vibration levels I can use based on what I need at the time, and the raised bumps are mostly flat so they don’t beat me up unnecessarily. I have found that working all of my muscles, not just my shoulder and neck areas, provides much greater relief. I start at my neck and work my shoulders and upper back, then I turn over to work the front of my chest, move down to work the thighs front and back, then finish with my calves. The whole process takes me about fifteen minutes, leaving my entire body warm, tension free, and comfortable for hours. At the end of the workday, I do another session to work out the tension in my muscles.The LifePro Surger is an excellent option to add to a pain management routine â I highly recommend it.

Burnt battery after charging
Got this for my son as a Christmas gift. This week was the 2nd time charging it and the battery burned up. Charged it over night and it wouldnât turn on and smelled like burnt electrical.

Agility balls are great for pain relief
I have owned agility balls similar to this model..and they are amazing. I love the vibrating agility ball…but the ball I received has a usb charging port rather than the one in the picture (circle port)… at first I was glad…its easier to find a charger but when I used it, I noticed the button on this ball easily turns the unit off. On the other balls I have owned you have to hold the button down for atleast 5 seconds to turn off… the problem with the button easily turning off is when you are using it to massage with… when you touch the button it turns off.. so you have to start all over again… it is disappointing and annoying. I tried numerous techniques but could not massage with the ball vibrating without accidently turning off all the time. I would like to see if the one in the picture, with the circle charge port, has the delay shut off button feature… I will let you know if I get to swap them out!

Initially I was disappointed with the roller only due to the fact it had a US adaptor not UK that I required. However the customer service was outstanding and the matter was resolved quickly and at their loss.The roller itâs self is really really good and I use it almost every morning to loosen my back up. It is much more effective that the traditional non vibrating roller so could not be happier. Great gproduct amazing customer service.
