GREAT INVESTMENT! I Love It!
I have been wanting one of these for a while & I FINALLY broke down and got myself one for my birthday! I have been using this vibration plate for 1 week now and WOW!!! I already feel the benefits of it! I suffer with Neuropathy and Restless Legs and this product has been a HUGE game changer for me! I wanted it for the lymphatic drainage and circulation movement and I can HONESTLY say it has not disappointed me yet!! I just overall feel better after using it, more energy, loosens up my muscles, numbness in my feet is gone and I sleep better! I’m starting to do workouts on it now and I LOVE IT! This is a great machine and is made well. Awesome lifetime warranty if you register the unit within 14 days. Offers exercises with minimum of resistance. You have to work your way into the exercises slowly. Lots of whole body shaking. You can set a routine to sit or stand. Great for people who have joint pain, neuropathy, vertigo etc. Not a bandaid fix but 5-10 minute routine will improve you health in the long run. You make your schedule. Kudos!

Great for workouts or relaxation
I have been enjoying using the LifePro Waver vibration plate after I finish a workout of lifting weights or walking on my treadmill. Using the vibration plate for 15 minutes after a workout helps to ease muscle aches and reduce joint pain. I’ve noticed that I’m not as stiff in the mornings after I’ve used the vibration plate. This is a very sturdy product and can hold up to a 330 pound person. The product itself weighs around 30 pounds I think. It can be used on carpet or bare floors, and has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving on a bare floor. I haven’t tried this at the highest vibration level yet, but have gotten up to level 60 in some of the premade programs. Overall, I think this product is worth the price for the benefits you gain from using it.

It’s a cheat. Gets or keeps you healthy with a minimum of resistance.I sit too much, working on the computer. The Waver is currently positioned in my apartment between my office and the kitchen. Was a handy place to try it out. But it’s perfect. Wakes up the slumbering cells, muscles, fluids. The occasional buzz throughout the day raises my focus and awareness of everything. I find myself doing more of other exercises too. It’s an incitement to activity. A real increase in personal vibration.I tried my neighbors unit for a couple minutes. Knew I had to have one. I didn’t know these things existed or were affordable before that. I’m 70 years old. This feels like it will become the centerpiece to my longevity. (Getting old is unnecessary!) Will probably be ordering units for my two older brothers.It’s simple, easy, quick and energizing.I don’t usually do reviews. But staying healthy is important to me and I like spreading good information.Diet and exercise are the keys.The Waver is a reminder not to buy or eat junk. Very happy with this machine. You can choose the vibration level from 1-99. Sometimes my legs ache when trying to fall asleep (maybe restless leg syndrome), and if I sit in a chair with my feet on the machine, it helps with circulation and helps me relax and fall asleep. It also helps with tight shoulders when kneeling with forearms on the machine. It comes with a poster of short exercises to do on the machine in 15 minutes time, which I look forward to doing. High quality, doesnât take up alot of space, very sturdy and powerful.
