No more microplastics !
I drink plastic water bottles everyday and studies are being done saying how bad for you that actually is overtime with microplastics being very harmful. This removes 99.999999% of microplastics and works out for my situation cause all Iâll be using it for is plastic water bottles. It says the membrane filter on it that filters these microplastics lasts 8,000 plastic water bottles 16.9 fl oz. If I drink 4 water bottles a day this membrane filter will last me 5 years approximately! There is a carbon filter that you could change after 2 months if using it for tap water or rivers to rid of bad taste but Iâm not worried about doing that as Iâm just using plastic water bottles so this is perfect for my situation. I also bought a 2nd filter which was fairly cheap! Only complaint I have is it is a little hard to suck water out from the filter but itâs manageable. It says to blow the water back out when youâre done drinking which I think is the hard part and can be annoying because you donât want water to be trapped in the filter after use. Other than that this is a great purchase and hopefully saves my body from the harmful microplastics!

Excellent product ð¥
Absolutely love this productâI highly recommend it!It truly purifies the water and gives it a fresh, clean taste. I use mine at the gym to refill from their already filtered fountain, especially after a sauna session. The bottle is durable, and the filter is next level!

It’s a good thing
Update- Solving my issues by getting a faucet filter since that’s where I fill my water bottle most of the time. Still keeping 5 stars on this for the reasons given in 1st review. Original review:I’m giving this 5 stars even though I don’t think I’ll use it regularly. The reason for 5 stars is because this is a great product for someone who lives in a place they don’t want to drink the tap water as-is, or for traveling in a place they aren’t sure about the safety of the drinking water. My city’s tap water is actually pretty good, no odor or taste and regularly passes tests for harmful stuff. But there is microplastic in everything, including tap water, and it’s got me concerned. The only info I can find to quantify it says “more research is needed”. I thought this would be an easy way to get some peace of mind. My issue is how much effort it takes to use the straw. The instructions say it gets easier with use, but I’ve refilled it a couple times and I just don’t want to be sucking on a straw that hard. It didn’t get easier; I really have to work at it for a slow stream of water to get through the filter. It sounds silly I know, would I rather be drinking microplastics because the straw is too much effort? But yeah, I guess, for now. It also takes a bit of maintenance, blowing the water out, hard, back through the straw when done, drying completely between uses, storing upright, etc. BUT like I said, if this filters just about everything, it will be worth the effort for someone who isn’t fortunate to have regular access to clean drinking water. Charcoal filter replacements are reasonably priced and only need changing every couple months.BTW, there’s no good reason to buy bottled water and put it in this just to filter the microplastics coming from the bottle itself. This filters water as effectively as what’s in the bottles, not just microplastics. Basically, if you’re going to use this for microplastic filtration, might as well stop contributing to the plastic problem entirely by not buying water in plastic bottles to begin with.
