Fitfirst Light Therapy Lamp, 15000 Lux helped me with SAD (seasonal affective disorder)
I live in Ohio it has been overcast since the beginning of October to the present day 01/14/2023 and just 9 hours of daylight at its shortest point. I was starting down a path of lethargy wanting to sleep till 10 or later. I could not handle that by the time I woke had my coffee made breakfast and cleaned up the kitchen then myself it would be 1pm. So this brings me to the Fitfirst Light Therapy Lamp, 15000 Lux Simulated Sunlight, 3 Color Temperature & 4 Brightness Setting The first day I used it I woke up at 6 am and used it for 10 minutes and I seemed to feel really good throughout the day I was able to get myself going and get some things accomplished not like the previous days where I was struggling just to take a shower ( SAD seasonal affective disorder). I have been using the light every morning for a couple weeks I have been able to wake up at 6/7 am everyday and the first thing I do is turn on the light anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes while I drink my coffee. I believe this light has helped this light has a built in timer at 10 minute interval up to 60 minutes it also has 3 color temperature settings and a control for brightness in addition to that it take up very little space on the counter as you can see in the picture alongside the ruler.

Great Product; Great Price!
I used a big light (all they had a long time ago) for many years, After I retired I thought I didn’t need one anymore until I realized I was tired and sluggish all through late fall/early winter. My daughter had this item on her kitchen table so I researched it and was pleasantly surprised to see how inexpensive it was. I have been using this light since a got it and it is so easy to use; only took a few days for me to notice a big difference in my energy level. Great price, user friendly, and really works!

Cord too short, control buttons hard to see
I love all the different options for lighting, but it’s almost impossible to see the controls. They are white on white with no buttons to push. I have to put on my glasses and use a flashlight to see what to push. Also, the cord is ridiculously short. I would like to put the lamp on a table about 6 ft away, but it won’t reach, so I have to put it on my nightstand. I already have enough stuff on my nightstand, and don’t have room for anything else. I’ll have to figure out something else, but those two things are almost deal breakers. But, the lighting options are nice and for the price, it’s worth it.

Easy to use! I’m really happy with this product. Its lightweight. The size is small enough to have on your bathroom counter and looks really nice but the brightness level is amazing. The touch control makes it really easy to set it as bright as you want. Seems sturdy and durable. I think its making a big difference in my 5am morning routine.

Plug it in and Don’t Move It!
The light was working amazingly and was very calming. Unfortunately, if you have to move it much, the plug part that inserts into the back of the light, bends easily. It’s only been 2 months and I can no longer use the light. ð

Sturdy, easy to use natural energy lamp
I was very happy with how quickly I got my order. I ordered the Veralux light on Saturday and it was delivered Sunday afternoon. The set-up was easy. The quality of the light is great, and the stand is very sturdy. There are several settings for brightness, and itâs easy to click through them using the buttons. You can select white, natural or warm light as five different dimming options. You can also set a timer for 10,20,30, or 60 minutes. Your preferred settings will be saved.
One thing did confuse me. The light has a USB cable which connects to an AC/DC adapter which plugs into an electrical outlet, so it looks like you could plug the light in and charge it like a phone or iPad. The light also has a notch on the back to hang it on a wall or in a cubicle. So that further confirmed my suspicion that you could charge the light, and then use it without having it plugged in. This is not the case. The light does not work unless it is plugged into a standard 100-240V AC electrical outlet. I am not sure how that would work if you wanted to hang it on the wall or on a cubicle wall at work.
I bought the light to see if using it in the morning might make me less tired in the afternoon during the dark winter months. The first day I used it for 10 minutes. I did not notice being less tired in the afternoon but that could be because I was babysitting my granddaughter that day and didnât have time to notice if I was tired. I used it the next two days for 20 and 30 minutes respectively and did indeed notice that I was not yawning at 4:00 pm.

I live in where sun doesn’t come out often during winter especially this winter, so have been dying to find some fake sunlight to wake me up and maintain normal circadian rythm. The packaging does not really feel professional and convincing but at least it’s clean and tidy and comes with a usb cable and a Qualcomm charger(power source).
Fingers crossed it’s working as intended and truly UV free.

Seems to do what it claims to do, and is less than half price of items that look identical. However, some claim to have tested it and found it does not live up to its claim of 10000 lumens? It would be good if this company could add some test reports to validate their claims. I use it on mornings when it’s too cold or wet to go outside, to get the circadian rhythm benefits of morning light. We are coming into Winter in Australia and I am prone to pretty bad winter blues, so I will use it throughout the day too. The only thing is that the cord is too short. For a device that needs to be fairly close to your face, they should allow for more cord length, otherwise they assume that your face generally hovers close to a wall, which defies logic. The last quibble is that it claims to remember your settings so you don’t have to repeatedly choose them each time you turn it on. How??? There seems no way to do this and since I always use it on the brightest setting I have to tap button 1 twice, turn button 2 three times, every single time I turn it on. These are the 3 reasons why I removed one star.
