Great for focus!
Not only do I use the Mircro ENE Light Therapy Lamp for seasonal affective disorder but it also works great to help me focus when I’m playing the piano. There are 5 light settings and a timer that you can set in 15 minute increments. The charger pad works great and is a plus too!

Use it at my desk
I have this at my desk and use it every morning at work. I donât know if itâs helping but it canât hurt. I like that itâs also a wireless charger for my phone. Has a good variety of settings but I only use the lowest brightness setting. Nice design as well, seems easy to throw in a travel bag. Plastic shell is sturdy.
