Adjustable, decent quality, helps my back and posture, pain reduces easily at that. My only argument against mobility or functionality is the adjuster velcro could be smaller but the flap being big as the rest keeps it firm. I could wear it everyday just not all day. Not as bad as those skeletal ones I grew up with.

Good support but Velcro failed to hold after limited use.
This brace provided pretty good support and was reasonably comfortable. I would use it occasionally when my back got sore from over extended activity. Unfortunately the Velcro did not hold very well and after some use no longer holds at all making this brace useless. I would not purchase this again because of the poor Velcro strap system.

This works good I wear it all day when I need to be up walking around after my third lower back surgery. It helps with support and it doesnât ache as much at the end of the day, I have the extra large 70â it is large and it has lots of room to adjust the size, Velcro attachment holds greatUpdate end of aug 2021Iâm still using this brace daily the Velcro attachment is still good itâs not pulling up to much material.Itâs a must have any time I leave the house, just adds enough support so that I can reasonably do anything like normal.
