Quite impressed- and Iâm not easily sold on gummies
Iâm in my 40âs and have tried more than my fair share of supplements over the years , especially gummies. I love the concept but letâs be honest: a lot of the creatine gummies our there either taste chalky, weirdly artificial or leave some strange aftertaste that makes you question your life choices ðSo when I saw Lunakai came out with creatine gummies I was intrigued but cautious. Creatine, in a gummy form? Thatâs a first for me. But to my surprise, theyâre actually pretty good. Texture is good (not sticky) flavor is pleasant and more importantly it doesnât taste like someone ground up sidewalk chalk and added stevia.I also like that the dose per serving is reasonable. Iâm not into mega-dosing anything so this fits well into my daily routine without making me feel like I need a whole system just to keep track.Only thing Iâd say is that the bottle feels a bit bulky for 30 servings but hey, if thatâs the trade-off for a clean product that doesnât taste terrible Iâll take it.Would I buy again? YES! And thatâs saying a lot coming from someone whoâs become pretty skeptical of trendy wellness stuff.

Clean ingredients and convenient
I’ve been taking creatine post workout for a while but was tired of mixing the powder, especially if I am in a hurry or are traveling. These gummies are a convenient way to get your creatine in. I love that they are made in the USA, have clean ingredients and have no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. I also appreciate that they are third party tested. The gummies taste fresh and the flavor is just okay for me, but the consistency seems a little strange, not like other gummies that I take. I have not had any issues with them upsetting my tummy like I have had in the past with other brands. I wish that they offered other flavor options.

Finally⦠a creatine gummy I can actually eat
So, Iâve been on the hunt for a decent creatine gummy for a while. I know the benefits of the creatine well (itâs not new to me) but powders are not great for my stomach and EVERY gummy I tried before was either gritty, chalky or just tasted â¦. off. Iâve tried at least 5 different brands and ended up throwing them outIâve only been taking these Lunakai gummies for 3-4days now but I can already tell theyâre different. The watermelon flavor is actually enjoyable and the texture is quite soft with just a bit of an aftertaste. Not perfect but hands down the best tasting creatine gummy Iâve had so far.Funny thing, my wife took one taste and immediately ordered a bottle for herself:))If youâve been struggling to find a creatine supplement youâll actually stick to, I highly recommend giving these a shot. Clean ingredients, good taste and no weird side effects. Finally!

Quickest way to get your creatine
These creatine gummies are very nice for the times you need to get in your daily dose but don’t have time to deal with powder. The flavor isn’t the best but it’ll be okay for most. It has what I can only describe as a muted watermelon taste but there’s an artificial flavor that lingers for a bit after you eat it. I use several brand names of creatine monohydrate and haven’t notice any difference in performance in the gym while taking these. That’s actually a good thing. Overall, it seems to be a good product and I have no problem recommending it but be warned, you may not like they taste.

Aunque este producto me parece bastante innovador lo que más me gusta es no tener que tomarme ningún tipo de batido con solo 2 o 3 gomitas al dÃa tengo la dosis de creatina que mi cuerpo necesita. Y ojo, aunque se ven bien bonitas y el sabor es bastante agradable aún le siento algo de sabor raro de la creatina, pero bueno es señal de que estamos consumiendp lo correcto. A ton of sugar for 3 gummies
Iâve tried a million different creatine gummies at this point so I know what I like and donât like – this product has a lot of the âlikes.â Itâs made in the US in a GMP and FDA approved facility, 3rd party lab tested, and has a solid dose of creatine. The only things I donât like are the amount of sugar and taste. It has a whole 6 grams for 3 gummies (if youâre wanting to get close to the 5g dosage) which is way too high for my liking. I try to stick to 30ish grams A DAY so these gummies are a huge part of that sugar budget without having any actual nutritional value aside from the creatine. They also donât taste nearly as good as I expected given the sugar content. Theyâre a little waxy and have an aftertaste. I wouldâve really like to see sweeteners other than tapioca syrup and cane sugar.

Really didn’t enjoy the taste and consistency
I love taking creatine in gummies form on the days when I donât use a powder, so I thought Iâd give these a try because theyâre made in the USA, have the GMP seal, are ISO2200 certified and are 3rd party tested.You get 60 gummies which if you want to take 4500 mg of creatine a day will last you 20 days. Their consistency is less like a gummy and more like a Starburst in that itâs waxy. But unlike a Starburst, it sort of breaks apart and crumbles in your mouth. Itâs not a pleasant experience. The taste is vaguely watermelon-ish but mostly tastes like wax. I didnât enjoy eating these and both the taste and smell are just kind of unpleasant.The first two ingredients in these are tapioca syrup and cane sugar, both of which are unhealthy for you. Plus, they contain natural flavors and natural color which could be anything as they are unregulated terms.Overall, between the taste and the ingredients, I found these really disappointing. My search for the perfect creatine gummies continues.
