Love these. I love how you get 2 sets with 2 nice boxes. Great value for the price. The stone balls are equally smooth & balanced & a good weight. I use for meditation & physical therapy for carpal tunnel & tendinitis. Definitely would recommend these.

Nice, smooth, one set look really nice the other set had some defects, the price was so low I canât really complain, although in the photos, it looks like two different styles, but the ones I received were pretty much identical, except for the defects

Good quality balls, nice looking case. Good value for money. These are quite large, might be difficult for someone with a small hand to manipulate.

Have had these for about 3 days now. They are a little large for my hands (average size), but otherwise great. Substantial weight, so my hands get a good work out. They stay cool (temperature) in my hands, so they can be held a long time for meditation, or for segmented / paused exercises. Very smooth, well polished and lovely colour. The box for these Baoding Balls is beautiful, but be very careful closing it: the latch has a very tight spring and snaps closed very fast — I’ve pinched my thumb twice in the latch. So be careful. Otherwise, I would give them five stars.

These are good quality, attractive, green marble or jade balls, and they arrived in an attractive case. They would be ideal for someone with large hands, as for my hands they are at the limit of what I can hold and move without dropping a ball.
