Great for the price
A bit flimsy, but if you donât plan on dropping it, it should be fine. Slim and light weight, easy to tuck into a drawer when not in use. Bright enough to believe that it is the recommended lux without actually measuring the light output. Using it first thing in the morning helped reduce daytime sleepiness, during the darkest months. Would recommend, especially for the price!

Gift for my Grandma
My wife and I got this for my 91 yo grandma. She lives by herself in a small trailer that is in a valley that gets very little sunlight every day. She also suffers from depression and this light has perked her up over the last couple months. We mounted it to her wall right next to her favorite chair and it simulates sun coming in through the window for her. She has been doing much better and the sun lamp is a big part of it. Since she is not really able to get outside by herself this has simulated that feeling of basking in the sun for her.

Ordered the light to see if it would help my SAD. While I didn’t notice much of a change in my overall mood, the light was bright enough it annoyed me to the point I’d get out of bed, which is helpful in its own way.My partner loved the light so much he asked me to order him his own for when he was at his place. He definitely said he could feel an elevation in his mood when the light was on & he was using it properly (18 inches or closer to his face, within he line of vision).

Lasted only a year
I really liked this product. It was light, bright and easy to use. I used it most mornings for about an hour or so, and i thought it helped me perk up for the day. I ordered it December 6, 2021 and a few days ago it just stopped working. I paid about $16, so it wasn’t super expensive but it really should’ve lasted longer. Now it’s just going to add to the landfill with all the other things that are built to last only a year or two

I have only used this light a handful of times so far. I ordered it late in the season. During the times I did use it, I found it to be helpful. While it does not replace the sun, it certainly helps with the light I feel I am missing during long winter months.

This is a great little lamp! Itâs extremely bright. I was a little skeptical about how small it was when I first opened it but itâs so bright thatâs all you need. You can also adjust the brightness which is nice, and it has an optional timer which is also great. Apart from the mental health benefits it also provides a great light source for your desk. Love this thing and has definitely helped during those grey, cloudy days. The stand is very convenient, and even came with an option to hang on a wall as well!

This is a lovely daylight lamp. It has many useful settings and gets quite bright. I use it on a few of the brightness settings. It has a hole at the back for hanging, which is good for trying to get it at a 45 degree angle above the eyes (which I think is how we are supposed to emulate sunlight). I have had no issues with this light and I am quite happy with it.

I have used it for a few days and it is wonderful. The timer is such a great feature and you do have a choice of brightness. Now, this is a very minor complaint. It is extremely lightweight so be gentle with how you use it. I know it is designed for travel, hence it being so light. However, that can be a bit of a problem when you are using it in your everyday routine. It can easily be batted around accidentally. Just be aware of that and you will be very happy. 🙂
