Great product at an affordable price
This home gym comes with everything but a bench, barbell, and weights. You still have to purchase those items separately but your still able to build some GAINS with this unit alone.Materials: The product weight is 137.5 pounds and made from alloy steel which is powder coated in black. The home gym ships in a two box set with a thousand parts for assembly. ð Follow the instruction manual and diagrams, and tighten screws and bolts when directed.Build: [Time: 2 to 3 hours] Please do your back a favor and have a family member and/or friend help you put this together. The bolts can be tighten down with a 5/8 socket wrench which will be much faster than using an adjustable wrench.Performance:Pull-ups bars. There are two separate bars which are bolted together but feel sturdy when doing both chin-ups and wide grip pull-ups. The bars hold my weight (200lbs) nicely but it definitely helps to perform the exercise using strict form without swaying.Cables. The pulley system feels more like a 1 to 1.5 weight ratio (than product description 1:1) in terms of resistance but a little WD40 or grease on the metal post should help.Metal knurl handles. The dip station supports my weight and feels nice, and sturdy (I’m 5’9 and 200lbs). I place the handle bars on the outside slotted posts but the bars can be placed within the inside depending on your preference. I experience more stability with the bars placed on the outside.Quality: The materials within this price range, have stood up under the recommended weight limits and practical use so far. However, the product will creak and sway; especially, if you do not have stored weights to offset the structure when doing lateral movements. Conclusion: I wanted a home gym primarily for doing pull-ups and dips. I was actually looking to purchase an outdoor pull-up and dip station but ended up buying this instead. I think this a great product worth buying; especially, if you want to workout from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

A good, sturdy power cage! Iâm glad I bought it.
This was much more substantial than what I was expecting. The pull-up bar is high enough for me (5â5â) to do a true dead hang pull-up, unlike my doorway bar. The holes for safety bars and j-hooks allow good adjustments for doing squats and bench presses inside the cage. The holes are not numbered, so Iâm using magnets to mark the ones I use. I may get a second set of 2×2 j-hooks for this. The adjustable dips bars are solid. The black matte cage has a great, smooth finishâgood manufacturing quality. The chrome plating on some accessories has some cosmetic defects, but no sharp burrs or dings which would lead to rust. All accessories were included, including two sizes of handle for the pulldown/row. Assembly was easy; I did it myself in about three hours. The instructions were clear, and amazingly, every single bolt, washer, and carabiner was there. The hardware was shrink-wrapped on cardboard, and numbered according to the instructions. The hardware was good, high-quality steel.AIT, the âshipping weightâ says 86lbs; thatâs the one of the two packages it ships in. I almost cancelled the order because I saw that and thought the rack would be too flimsy. Iâm glad, now, that I got it!All in all, Iâm very pleased with this purchase. It might not be sturdy enough for an amateur powerlifter, but if I ever get the 300 lb squat this cage is rated for, Iâll be proud enough to 1) tell everyone I know, and 2) buy Rogue cage as a celebration.

Great value for your money; pretty much all you need for a full body workout
This is the best squat rack for the price.1) Pulley system is sturdy and smooth as long as it is properly loaded. I load approximately 100lbs without any issues.2) Size is perfect for me to squat comfortably, but I am only 5’6. I recommend a 7ft squat bar.3) Pull up bars are sturdy with a comfortable grip.4) The attachments for the pulley initially felt light and somewhat cheap, however, they have held up surprisingly well. This would be inexpensive to upgrade down the line as needed.5) Dip bars are also sturdy but again, I am not a big/heavy person.Minor flaws:1) the J hooks don’t feel like the most sturdy pieces, as they can wiggle a bit when racking the weight. They are also angled slightly downward once mounted, so the bar always rolls toward the edge. The end of the J hook obviously keeps the bar from rolling off, so this shouldn’t be a safety issue.2) The space for storing your weights is slippery if you are using metal plates, which can be annoying. I fixed this issue by applying electrical tape over the portion of the rack that the metal plates sit on. This prevents them from sliding, keeping them upright.3) You can’t deadlift inside of the cage, since the lower part of the cage frame is too high for standard size plates to touch the ground. I suppose you can do so within a partial range, allowing the bar to lower to the frame. This squat rack has made my time during quarantine much more productive and I couldn’t be happier I bought it!

adequate and functional enough
It’s been assembled for a couple months now. I do not regret purchasing it. Sure there are some heavier gauge cages out there and are the better route if you have the budget for it. But for the money this unit was a good purchase for me. Allows the basic core exercises and the rigidity and the strength of the structure, once everything is tightened down, is good. Having pull-up bars built into unit is a bonus and once tightened quite thoroughly is very stable. Instructions were decent enough (follow them to the letter) and all the parts were there and packaged well. One thing I would recommend however is to replace the stock carabiner rings with higher quality US made versions because that seems to be a weak spot to me under heavy loads and could get someone hurt.

Decent quality, great price
Great product with clear instructions for assembly. From my perspective, all parts are of decent quality and should last a long time. The client support team is also responsive and polite.I wish the product were a little taller, but I knew the dimensions before purchasing, so I still give it a 10/10.
