Don’t be cheap on your health.
Remember when we were kids and our parents gave us those flintstones vitamins this is a liquid healthier version. I have only used it for a few days its definitely a energy and mood booster. Its something about the ingredients in this product that makes me feel healthier. Its definitely has a vitamin taste but you can tell that is good quality. I was this brand previously as a suggestion and was kind of hesitate of the price but it’s well worth it.

Great ingredients, not-so-great taste
I really like the concept behind this multivitamin—it’s sugar-free, vegan, and packed with a solid lineup of essential vitamins and minerals. I’ve definitely noticed a little boost in my energy and overall wellness since I started taking it, so I do think it works.That said, the taste isn’t the most pleasant. It says “fruit punch,” but it really doesn’t taste like that to me. It’s more on the herbal/medicinal side, which takes some getting used to. I usually mix it into a smoothie or juice to make it easier.Overall, great for what it offers health-wise, just not something I look forward to sipping.

Great taste, painless daily vitamin
Taste is totally tolerable! At 36 years old, I didn’t think I’d be the liquid vitamin type, but I saw this as part of a HUGE sale and I use Mary Ruth for my kids vitamins, so I trust the brand. I take this every morning and it’s painless. Not sure if I’d find value in full price, but if it’s ever on a great sale again I’d totally purchase more.

Bottles now come unsealed and formula changed.
I have been a long time subscriber and user of this particular Mary Ruth Product. For years, it was great and half the price of my old vitamin. For the past few months, I have received bottles mostly not packaged in the Mary Ruth box and without a measuring cup. The measuring cup missing is a minor issue because I have a number of them from over the years of using this product. What is not minor is the fact the Marty Ruth box that they bottles were packed in are no longer the norm. For the past few year, I have received the bottle simply thrown in an Amazon box that is far too large. This leads to it just rolling around inside the box while in transit. The result is a number of times the bottle’s seal has been broken where I can actually see the vitamin buildup in the groves under the cap while still supposedly sealed. There are also times where that buildup is not seen however when opening the bottle, the seal is already broken. Amazon was allowing customers to return them and at one time I went through 3 separate bottles to finally get one with a Mary Ruth box. However, that is no longer the case and should a bottle arrive in the manner described above, you are out the money. The product quality control no longer seems to be at the forefront of Mary Ruth’s philosophy and I can only chalk this up to cost savings on their end.The formula has also changed recently as well. At times, it is an orange color and tastes similar to what I expected and other times it is a yellowish color that tastes totally different. I’ve never been sick personally but I can’t say for sure if those yellowish colored bottles are defective from broken seals.The bottom line is that when one purchases this item, they are essentially playing Russian Roulette on what shows up on their doorstep. I have reached out to the company and never received a reply. Amazon no longer stands by this product either since returns of defective bottles are no longer allowed. If Amazon (who let’s face it is to profit) doesn’t have faith and confidence in the product, should the end user?It’s a shame because we have used this for years and now that my kids are at an older age have also been using it. Unfortunately, this partnership of us trusting Mary Ruth to deliver us a high quality product has been broken and we are no longer going to use it. There are plenty of other vitamin companies who are equally the same as what Mary Ruth used to stand for so we will simply shop around and figure out which one works best for us. From the most recent reviews, this seems to be a growing concern amongst Mary Ruth product users. Too bad Mary Ruth isn’t taking it seriously.
