Don’t under estimate the power of the right vitamins

I reallly like this flavor! The melon is refreshing and itâs easy to take in the morning without causing an upset belly (at least for me). I have tried almost all the flavors and by far the melon dragonfruit is my favorite!My hair realllllly grew as well. I had the weight loss surgery a few years ago and I have been struggling to grow my hair. Now I feel like Rapunzel! It has been growing long and healthy. In one year my hair has grown 7.5 inches. Itâs crazy but I definitely will continue to spend the money on this because I know it works for me

Growing out my hair
I bought this product because Iâm trying to grow out my hair from a pixie cut. The quicker my hair grows the better so I can skip those ugly, awkward hair phases. This brand came recommended to me by multiple people so I tried it. Iâm very happy that I did. I hate having to take pills so I really wanted a liquid form, and the flavor is delightful. I thought it was a little bit expensive but when shopping around for other good quality brands, I realized that this was the biggest bang for my budget.

Ive been taking this since about January 2025 or earlier. I can’t remember. I seen a difference in my energy level and a decrease in hair loss however that was it. I wasn’t expecting major hair growth but I have seen that advertised in other places for this product , so that definitely didn’t happen for ne. No difference with skin and nails. I like the taste though and can tell the difference in my energy level when I don’t take it so I’m going to keep purchasing it 🙂

Well worth the try!
Hi ladies who’s in menopausal!This is my husband’s account. Yet, I am taking this Mary Ruth’s vitamins. I’ve been taking it since October 2024. 10 days after taking the vitamins, my hair stops falling out; And about 1.5 months to see new hair coming in. I’m in menopausal so I lost so much hair leaving me with bald spots at my M line and on the top of my head. Now after 6 months, my hair comes in so much. I feel like I currently have more hair than 5 years ago. My sister kept teasing me that my new hair comes in so much that my head looks like a rambutan. I am giving this review to help women out there who are experiencing the same problem. I was so worried every time I brushed my hair in the morning. Not anymore!

My two cents
I have actually noticed more hair growth, and by that, I mean I can now cover parts of my scalp with what’s grown in. It’s not a lot, but it’s a bit more than I had before. I still have a way to go. I was told that I would see results after 6 months, but it’s been 4 months, so I’m going to continue and see what results I get.

Great product but not without an unexpected side effect
I have been using this product for about 4 months now and I have definitely noticed a lot of hair growth and healthier, thicker hair in general. I am very happy with the results, however, after about a week of taking the full dose daily (30ml) I noticed a significant decrease in my appetite. This would be a great thing if I was trying to lose weight but I am actually very thin and am always trying to gain weight! So this wasnât good for me and I finally figured out that this vitamin can cause that. I started taking half dose daily (15ml) and my appetite is more normal but I do still notice a huge decrease in cravings for bad foods which is not a bad thing for anyone. So, all in all, even taking half the dose I still am getting great results with increased hair growth and thickness. I just wish that this side effect was on the packaging to make consumers aware that it could possibly decrease your appetite.

I m seeing results in my skin smoother .tighten my areas around my eyes too , the taste for me peach and mango not my flavours together. LoL

I like the vitamins, have noticed hair growth since taking it in January of this year. This only down fall of this product is the price, I do find it expensive for a bottle, I suggest maybe having a subscription for this to order at a lower price since I have bought this monthly.
