Fits like a glove.
The item is incredibly comfortable and can be worn conspicuously under any kind of pants, skirts, & dresses. One can hardly feel its presence. I only use it for my most active days, since I still want the muscle to do the job on its own. The delivery by USPS left a lot to be desired; that is, they wouldn’t deliver it to the door since it did not fit in my mailbox, so I had to go acquire it at the post office (15 mins. away). So, I believe I’m due for a shipping fee reimbursement.

Did it’s job, wore soft brace when exercising couple times a week for an hour. It’s coming unfrayed around the knee slot now. Wish the stitching was better. Overall did it’s job.

It is good at compression but bunches up behind my knee and hurts. I find this sleeve useful in two circumstances: 1) When I am lying/sitting on the sofa with my leg stretched out, this will provide compression and warmth and I don’t have to worry about the bunching as my leg is straight. 2) When I am wearing a hinged knee brace on injured knee, my other knee will start to hurt but this sleeve can provide the additional support to balance me out. Since the hinged knee brace is large and awkward, I am not going to be doing any knee bends anyway, just walking.One thing I discovered with the hinged knee brace is that wrapping a brace on with Velcro is a lot more convenient than squeezing into a tube. This brace is a tube and I would like it better if it was a strap-on model.

Worth every penny
I have two of these (one for each knee… imagine that!) and have used them for a year now. I use them for about an hour each morning while working out. They are still in great condition and haven’t stretched or lost their shape at all. I clean them periodically with warm water, squeeze them out, and hang them over the tub to dry. They dry very quickly, by the way, just a couple hours.I have osteoarthritis in my knees and use to end up with sore knees quite often even though my workout is low-impact (usually elliptical machine). Since using these braces and taking Osteo BiFlex I have seen a great improvement. I’m pretty sure it’s a combination of the two that has been so effective, but I do know that on occasion when I decide to work out without the McDavids I usually end up feeling it in my knees.For me the only drawbacks are (1) they really make my knees sweat and (2) they are not comfortable while stretching. I don’t like to wear them while walking, although I probably should, because for some reason they feel more restrictive when I’m walking than when i’m on the elliptical machine. I ordered a medium, maybe a large would feel better for walking.

Works great and I did not have to search athletic stores. This has held up over lots of washing. The fit is decent, a little shorter than one I purchased at Sports Authority. The picture shows more coverage than is actual, but this may have to do with an individual’s size. I’m a rather tall-ish woman at 5’9″.
