This is a nice little light, very bright. I am not sure if it really has the “light therapy” benefit but that is mostly because I haven’t used it for that. I tried to, but didn’t do it long enough. ð It doesn’t get hot and I love the different color settings.

I bought this for the lack of sunlight in winter in my state. This helps me wake up and maintain a good morning routine. When the alarm goes off I put this on night stand and turn on with a few touches. Works perfectly and always has. I really like this light and the price! It is just one part of my routine of set sleep time, plenty of water, daily exercise. Before getting this light I wasnât consistently doing all these but the light contributed to me developing the routine.

Can’t tell if it’s helping
My seasonal affective disorder is pretty severe rsch yest, and lately my asthma has been bad so I can’t get outside much to soak up any rays. I got this to try to help, but I genuinely can’t tell if it’s making a difference. The buttons are touchy but I like that it has a built in timer. I try to use it at the coffee table on the weekends and in the bathroom as I get ready for work during the week.

I didn’t think this would work but it did. It is a great buy. It has 4 different levels of light from cold to warm and each level is dimmable. You can have a timer or not. The size is perfect. It definitely helps you get through dark gloomy days.

I really like this product, based on its shape (circle is so charming like the sun/moon), its functions (timer, dimmer, colour temperature) and its functional movement (move it to angle towards your face). It’s actually really pleasant to leave on beside my laptop shining at me â and the benefit is that it can be used as a pretty great light for video calls as well.The one thing that I have a gripe about that stops it from being a perfect product, is the touch buttons. I don’t understand why they’re touch, and on the side of the device. This combo makes it so irritating to move around because I keep accidentally touching a button. Also when I actively want to touch the button, I have to turn the device to see where I’m touching without any physical indicator of where the buttons are. It’s just nonsense, and I don’t see the benefit at all of having it as touch buttons rather than tactile buttons. It’s not like it’s trying to be waterproof or something.Almost prefect.Also because everyone is wondering: this is no different than a table-lamp shining on your face. There aren’t any special LEDs with specific spectrum qualities, besides it having the right amount of lumens needed at the specified distance. This will not make you produce Vitamin D, it will only give you light. Therefore, the value you’re purchasing is the formfactor more than anything. What I like is that it fades turning on/off, which helps from being blinding. It doesn’t leave a light-burn on your eyes like other products that shine its LED directly into your eyes. Formfactor is worth the purchase. But also, use it as a lamp too as you see fit.
