After trying my step-dad’s unit, my brother’s and a couple of others, the Medline definitely came out on top! It’s a very high quality unit, that has most of the features that the $90 units have for 50% of the cost. I have large upper arms and the large cuff fit me just fine. It takes it quickly the first time, every time! Some units I’ve used inflate, then deflate about half way, then pump up all the way again. Total PIA! I think for the cost, it cannot be beat. I’d suggest this to any friends or family members!
