I like it because it’s very cool and breathable and can’t been seen easily under clothing. I “customize” this belt for added comfort for my back pain by slipping a thin ice pack underneath it for instant relief, holding it right where it will do the most good. My special secret!!

I found this belt very supportive but a little bit too narrow so I gave it only three stars. I have a 32 inch waist and itâs very snug so the medium fit me perfect but if you have a waist bigger than 33 or 34 It may be too small
