    Fantastic Workbook
I absolutely love this workbook with its daily check in pages on how I am doing and feeling. I love that everyday I can record my progress. It has pages for notes after a therapy session, how well you slept, how would you rate moods and anxiety. It is a wonderful workbook that I look forward to doing daily. Ty.

    10/10 recommend
I’ve loved it so far, some of it is slightly repetitive but I really have enjoyed writing in the journal so far

    Limiting layout
I found the layout a little strange. Almost backwards. The tracking your mood/mindset is in the back while the questions about what makes you happy are the first few pages. Maybe just not ready for it as my grief journey is still so fresh

Each page is different and it makes you think. I definitely think this helps me process my anxiety. One thing I must comment on, is the fact the pages are in black and white, I wished it was in colour as it would compliment the cover and look nicer to write in.

I spent some time looking through Amazon options for daily journaling, tracking my mood/anxiety, practicing gratitude, etc. I found lots of great options that covered each of those specifically but didn’t want to be writing in 8 different books everyday lol. I loved the cover of this but wasn’t sure based on the description if it was what I was looking for. I was grateful for another review that included some examples of the page layouts and took a chance. It just arrived and it’s even more than I expected! I really love the variety of CBT worksheets available in this from assessing where you are, tracking your mood, sleep, anxiety, depression, plans for self care, tracking your triggers and managing how you can handle those, daily journaling, etc. I also especially love the post therapy chart and can’t wait to use it! I often find my sessions are really helpful but overwhelming at the same time. This is a great place to reflect and write all of that down so I can review it again later and keep track of what I want to focus on for my next session.

this is going to be a very detailed book about “you”. You can write anything and see where your anxieties and plans are and where yiu can help improve on the negative aspects of your life to aim for more positivity. I’ve only done a few pages so far but the questions and explanations are helpful as if your like me, I find it hard to write about myself, something i hope to change.
