Great value home gym
The Mikolo 8 in 1 Olympic Weight Bench is a fantastic value for a home gym. It’s surprisingly sturdy for the price, handling heavier weights with stability. Assembly was easy, and adjusting between exercises is quick and convenient. The 8-in-1 design offers great versatility for a full-body workout, including leg extensions and curls. The padding could be a bit thicker, but overall, it’s a minor issue. If you’re looking for a cost-effective and versatile home bench, the Mikolo is a winner. Recommended!

Nice compact weight bench!
I was looking for a compact weight bench. This one was actually smaller! It’s 99.9% built well. The lat-tower could’ve been designed better with simply applying plastic couplings in the joints where the metal comes together. Also: using the same 3 bolt method. that they used to join the center of the lat-tower together. I don’t get the feeling that the lat-tower is unsafe to use. I’m satisfied over all with the bench.

Poor Quality
The quality of material is very cheap. Easy to bend. Ligjt weight. Very easy to use. Good short time only. Not worth the money.

Great bench for beginners home gym
I love this bench/ exercise combo. Itâs sturdy and was easy to put together. Iâm a 5â4 woman and I put it together on my own in a couple of hours. The pieces are numbered so I laid them out in order and went to workâ¦LolI use this equipment almost every day now as part of my workout routine on both lower body and upper body strength training days.FYI it doesnât come with any weight plates or a bar. I was able to find some for a great price on Facebook marketplaceâ¦..because stores charge a ridiculous price for them!!! If you choose to go that route donât be fool with the $1 per pound people. Find someone who is getting rid of some old ones they donât use for a reasonable price.

Just What I Wanted
It was time for a new bench. I wanted to get more on it, especially a lat pull-down. I needed a bench that is good for standard 1â plates. This gives me all that at a good price. Assembly was not difficult, all parts are numbered which made it easy. I put it together myself, taking about 3-hours. It is sturdy and takes up less room than I thought it would. Looking forward to putting hours in on this bench.

Meh. Just ok
Havent used it yet, just put it together. It doesn’t wobble horribly, so that’s good. I saw one video with a guy’s who wobbled pretty bad on here, but he had removed the black plastic caps that come on those bars. Here’s why 3 stars though. It says “olympic” weight bench, but it was designed by someone who has looked at them and never used them.1)The y yokes that hold your bar are too wide apart for a proper grip outside the bar and too close for a proper grip inside the bar. Also, they’re basically held up by 1 x 3/8″ bolt. Fine if you max out at 135# I guess, but I wouldn’t want to put 315# on there.2) all the plate holders are 1″ not the 2″ standard.3) the pull down bar and the weight bar are too close to each other. You’ll have to lean pretty far back to avoid the weights going up, which means you lose stroke.4) the weld that holds the cross bar is at an offset. But the weld looks nasty with a big hole in the corner. (Also the instructions don’t show it pictorially so you have to guess how it is supposed to sit until later instructions).5) the bar that holds the back of the bench up is some light weight 5/8″ or 3/4″ tube. This is supposed to hold up you, and the weight you’re benching. Again, would not trust 315# plus my upper body to it.So may be good for someone just getting into it, or who will never lift heavy. But this is definitely not for anyone serious about lifting heavy.

Works well but unstable…
All the equipment is nice and easy to put together… It is a bit unstable when it comes to the lat pull down that it moves back and forth. It works with the Olympic bar but better suited for the $70 small bar from Walmart.
