Awesome machine for lats
This is my new favorite machine for back day. I get a killer stretch in my back and lats and the range of motion is awesome. I like the adjustability of the whole machine and really like the moving handles. The price was great and the size of the machine allows it to be put in a small location as long as you have room for your elbows to flair.

The chest-supported row machine arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and the shipping process was smoothâno complaints there. Assembly instructions consist entirely of illustrations, which might seem daunting at first, but theyâre clear enough to follow without much difficulty.Once assembled, the machine is sturdy and effective. I can feel it engaging my lats well during workouts, which is exactly what I wanted.The reason I gave this product four stars instead of five is due to a quirk in its resistance profile. As you pull the handles back to the end of the range of motion, the resistance drops by about 30%. I verified this using a luggage scale, both with and without a 45-pound weight. Refer to the photos Iâve included, which show the measured weight with bands and without bands. Adding bands significantly reduces this issue, and in some cases, it may even add a pound or two of resistance throughout the entire motion/rep.Just in case youâre wondering, I used these heavy black bands (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BTWC5D6L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title). The brand isnât as important as the sizeâthis particular size works best for the machine and provides the most consistent resistance.Overall, I asked myself whether Iâd purchase this machine again, and the answer is yes. While itâs not on par with the commercial-grade equipment you’d find in a gym, itâs a solid, budget-friendly option for a home workout that gets the job done.
