These are perfect and very easy to use, get used to. They range in consistency from soft, medium to hard, the colors are beautiful and the material is soft. Each ball helps with anxiety or to ease cramping. They are well made and sturdy, not going to rip or explode if squeezed too hard. My son uses them when hes fidgety and I use them when I need to strengthen or relax my hands. Appropriate for adults and children, and because they’re weighted, my dog has zero interest in them too “bonus” hahaha

I did not receive the color I had ordered. That is a small thing. I do wish the balls were light, medium, and hard. Mine seem to be the same strength and are not marked. I donât particularly care for the smell. I looked at the reviews. This is the reason I chose this particular ball. There were some that were less expensive. I donât see much of a change yet. They are OK but could be better.

Bought this as a gift for my mom who has issues with her hands. Love that it came with three different balls. She loved it. She started with the soft and eventually progressed to the hard. Added bonus…. it has little sayings and questions on it. Super cute. It does have a scent to it as well but not too strong either.

Fantastic stress balls. Packed beautifully in a tube. The colours are nice, and itâs good to have different resistance levels. I wasnât too keen on the smell at first but Iâve got used to it now and quite like it. They are well made, and the texture feels reassuring. I use the soft one to help relieve stress and I find it useful to help get to sleep at night. Would recommend.
