Cute and helpful ð
This is really great for anyone. I like so far how I can log my sleep hours written down so I can see it, and I’ve already noticed how that can effect my mood logs when my sleep is less lol. It’s such a simple thing but sometimes you just don’t notice those kinds of things. I also really love the “what did I eat” sections, that’s very important to me, I can work all day and eat less when I’m TRYING to eat more so I don’t feel bad. It’s good to see it written out,all emotions so that you can see and review it each day. I love it and so far it’s been really helpful to me

Intiuitive and easy to use
I was looking for something that didn’t require technology so that I could tuck the notebook into my bag as I often find myself with free time where writing out things helps me sort out my thoughts. I’m also hesitant to input information into an app. This tracker journal is well organized, easy to use, and provides a great way to keep track of things instead of constantly worrying about them

Useful and fun to use
This is a no-frills mood tracker with a weekly check-in built in. It allows tracking of various dimensions, including energy level, stress level, and many other activities. It provides 16 weeks worth of tracking (the pages are daily) with a total of 130 pages. Overall, this is very well done and I enjoy using it.

Good for someone that needs to track their moods and emotions.
“Mood Tracking Journal. A Daily Log, for Emotions & Mental Health Reflections ” is a choice, for individuals looking to monitor their wellness more closely. The journal contains 130 pages. Provides prompts for 16 weeks allowing you to observe patterns in how your mood is influenced each day effectively.I really like how this journal makes it easy to keep track of your mood without feeling too complicated or stressful, about it. Each page is set up in a way that helps you jot down how you’re feeling. Whats impacting your emotions while also noting any mindfulness exercises you do. Its made to be user friendly, for teenagers and grown ups. It’s quite adaptable. This notebook goes beyond jotting down dates and notes. It prompts you to delve into your mental well being by reflecting on your life events and reactions while guiding you towards practicing better self care habits every day as if you were conducting a personal therapy session for yourself. It may not suit everyones preferences as it requires logging and lacks, in depth mental health management strategies which some may find general for their needs; however it serves as a useful tool, for those new to mood tracking or seeking a simple method to reflect upon their daily emotional changes. The “Emotion Tracking Journal” can be helpful, for keeping track of your feelings and noticing patterns in your well being It’s user friendly and simple to use. Can significantly improve your understanding and control of your emotions.

It’s a Holistic Wellness Tracker
I really wasn’t expecting this mood tracker to be as thorough as it is. It asks you if how you’re hydration has been for the day and other physical health metrics that really contribute heavily to your mood. That way you can find the true source of what might be correlated to your ups and downs. I do not drink enough water consistently and didn’t realize that my mood was worse on the days I didn’t get enough water or eat the right foods. It also asks you reflection questions that really get you thinking about what’s going on in your life. Great product!

Simple and Clean Mood Tracker
Like the layout since it is simple and if you are tracking your moods, simple is what you want. Giving this as a gift for someone is border line Ashburgers.

My favorite tracker ever
I really really love the different areas for tracking and this has helped me notice some trends and give a lot of room for reflection. Iâve tried all sorts of apps and paper tracking and this has the right amount of sections (food, sleep, WEATHER, energy level, etc.) to see big picture trends. I struggle with anxiety, depression, adhd, suspected PMDD and sleep apneaâ¦and have had a hard time pinpointing patterns til I started using thi for a few months.

My favorite tracker
This one is my favorite. There is enough room at the bottom of the page to write in notes and a page at the end of each week for notes.
