    Great daily journal to record different metrics
    I use a daily journal to remember events about my life and process my feelings. And I really like this handy journal because it asks things about goals for the day, three things you’re grateful for, whether you slept well, and different feelings you may have felt during the day. There’s a space to reflect on the day as well which is helpful If I want to put detail in there about my day, or simply write an inspirational quote I found.

    Thought this book was going to be beautiful and motivating.. to track daily habits and see which habits are giving the best benefit. But the inside of this book is all gray and depressing! Reminds me of a cheap coloring book. Please consider creating a book with the colored pages. 🙏 this product is not worth it.(Update)Ended up keeping the book.. and used it. Regardless of not having the colors inside it is actually perfect for keeping track of your day. I’m using it in combination with another book called “mood tracker journal” using them together is life changing to figure out what is working and not working in your life. For some reason I realized now that I’m the most happy and relaxed on Tues. And after iv had walks in nature, etc. Iv been able to look back at my week and see how little changes can effect everything! Great book. Brighten up the inside printing people! 🌟💫💕

    Not colorful very depressing
    I spent more money on this one over others because this was supposed to have been a beautiful colorful book to tracking. It was all black and white and my daughter was very sad it was not colorful.

    One of the reasons I got this particular tracker was because I like the colors and they give a good vibe. BUT only the cover is colorful. The sheets are black and white and depressing. Odd for a mood tracker..
