Customers say
Customers find the knee brace effective, comfortable, and supportive, particularly for patellar tendonitis and ACL issues. The length receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s one size fits all, others find it too long for slim knees. Durability and build quality are concerns, with reports of Velcro failing after a month and the product not lasting more than a few months. The strap adhesion is also problematic, with multiple customers reporting it slides off during use.

Long but perfect.
I like it better than other prevalent types of pull-two-ends-then-velcro types. It’s simple, just wrap around your knee and velcro seem to be strong enough, I haven’t seen it come undone so far.Yes it’s long, longer than probably needed BUT once you wrap the excess around, I think it provides better protection. I mean, it’s better than being too short I suppose?

Immediate Relief of Tendonitis Pain
Just what I needed for my knee tendonitis. I wasn’t sure how tight I should be wearing it, so a little trial and error has taught me that “snug” is perfect. For me, tighter wasn’t necessarily better. Since the Velcro strap wraps around the back side of my knee, I found that putting it on backwards then spinning it 180 degrees works really well. I experienced immediate relief, and I wish I would have gotten the strap sooner.

Made My Runs More Comfortable
This brand was recommended by my physical therapist. The price was good so I bought one to give it a shot. I started running with it the day it arrived and I instantly felt a difference in the stability of my knee with patella tendinitis. So far I’ve run 19 miles with them with one of them being a 10K race. I wish I wore them earlier this year while training for and running 2 marathons! I’ve also worn it casually since receiving it because it made me feel like I have my quads and knee back for routine activities. I’m able to confidently descend/ascend stairs, perform my PT exercises more effectively, and walk with both legs feeling balanced. I’m planning to purchase another one so I can have one dedicated for workouts and the other to wear casually day-to-day until my tendinitis heals.

Recommended by my Physical Therapist for knee pain
Recommended by my physical therapist to relieve knee pain. Easy to use. Velcro holds tight. Long enough to fit around a wide knee/calf

Not the Same
Ordered because they were on sale. I noticed the style on the front changed but I didnât think it would be completely different. The pink one is the newer version and itâs so long compared to the other one (old one). Iâm a thicker girl and it almost wraps around my knees twice because itâs so long. Iâm going to have to tuck it because the straps look ridiculous hanging out. These usually last me about a year before they start to lose their stick but even the Velcro on the pink one is different and I honestly donât think it will hold up for a year. The material is also different. Pink one is thinner and feels more like swimsuit material and the green one is thicker and more heavy duty. If you can find the older style Iâd recommend that one.

works great for patellar tendonitis
I had patellar tendonitis in both knees 30 years ago from ramping running/cycling too fast. I tried the compression sleeves but i did not like the pressure on my kneecaps. After nine months of struggle i discovered knee straps and have been using them ever since at the first sign of knee trouble. These knee straps are reasonably priced and seem to last about a year of intermittent use when running. The velcro works pretty well, but occasionally i have to stop and re-position the strap if i have soaked it with sweat in the summer. The straps look like they were designed to fit larger knees, so might be an issue for smaller knees. Mine are on the smallish siide – the straps fit ok but there is lots of strap to wrap around.

Works well for minor knee pain; well priced.
This is my second purchase as I bought my first one in 2020 and I was wearing out the original. Inexpensive solution to my occasional knee pain when going for walks.

NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL! Not for Fit Women, Teens, Young Children Or Normally Fit Men!
STAPS WAY TOO LONG (See Photo)WILL NOT FIT WOMEN, TEENS, YOUNG CHILDREN’s LEGS, OR MEDIUM TO SMALL LEG SIZED MEN!At 6-ft 2-in tall, 186-196 I am 50 yrs old and fit condition with hurdler/sprinter size legs. Straps Overlap Support Area and interfere with the “Tubular Insert” which is what is supposed to apply “Uniform” pressure to tendon below the front of the knee.I neither have skinny/thin NOR large/fat legs at the knee.If you are a pro football athletic lineman or tightend sized Man, or you are a Women who is a 100 meter Olympic short sized type sprinter legs, it might fit, though I fought.Unfortunately, many of these straps on Amazon are similarly sized “One Size Fits All”.My 17 year old daughter found a strap with size selections (hers “Medium”) which just barely fit me. The brand is “MCDAVID” by Sportmed I can (See photos). For this brace, I was able to just cover all the velcro so it would not rub the back of my leg. It was a little tight initially but stretched out only slightly and now provides perfect pressure to be very effective at eliminating my knee pain while jogging.I looked for this specific McDavid strap 2015-414 RN#102864 on Amazon and it does not appear to be available. My daughter found hers in-store at Walmart. I did not find it on their website either, only One Size Fits all, not the Medium like hers.(FYI – for the photo attached of the Mueller with my knee, I pulled the lower strap up and out so it was visible and not obscured by the outer strap.)
