Very effective!
This has worked very well for me. Some changes in my life, primarily changes to my work schedule and stress levels were causing insomnia. It was extremely important for me to get this under control as previous experience has taught me that quality sleep is absolutely essential for me as it directly correlates to mood and lack of sleep causes anxiety. I tried several natural addiction free products as it is very important to me that I don’t develop an addiction, but none worked as well as this product. I intend to go through the bottle and give it a go again without using anything to see how it goes.I find this product works the best when I incorporate it into my sleep routine. I suspect for other people that have anxiety issues it won’t work well if they don’t incorporate it into a sleep routine. I usually will get everything darker in the room I sleep in a few hours before going to sleep. No TV, computer, or phone screens at least an hour before I intend to fall asleep but preferably 2 or more hours. My phone screen is on a dark/sleep mode in case I absolutely have to use the phone. Kindle or reading books is ok. I meditate half hour to an hour most nights before going to sleep and then I take this right before I go to bed with intention to fall asleep. I find usually about 15 minutes later this product kicks in pretty effectively and I calmly drowse into a nice deep sleep. No groggyness in the morning upon waking up. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend.The tablets are sweetened for taste so make sure you brush your teeth right after eating them. Don’t eat them in bed.

I have taken this for years. I have chronic sleep issues and it is the best stuff ever and the most natural that I can find I did not want âmedicationâ. This is a natural substance that helps me fall asleep naturally like my body would. I tell all my friends and family as a matter of fact anyone I meet that mentions having sleep issues I have bought it for them and they have bought it for themselves Iâve never seen someone not continue taking it. I cannot say enough about this product! And no Iâm not being paid even though I feel like Iâm a spokes person for them lol. I will say just a word of advice it does help you fall asleep and as long as something doesnât wake you you will remain asleep however if something wakes you up you might have to take another one to fall back to sleep . For this reason I generally take one and see if I can go to sleep if so I have that second one to take in the event I wake up during the night because of my dog or something. The dosage is two tablets. I would say the only other thing it is pricey. I would love for them to be able to come down on their prices however itâs hard to put a price on a good nights sleep.

Great for Sleep But Beware
This product is actually great! You will fall asleep. I’ve had chronic insomnia for over a decade and have been on lunette, ambien, trazodone, you name it. It 100% works in less than 30 minutes. My only problem with this product is I do keto and low carb. One tablet has 3 carbs and has cane sugar. If you take the recommended dose thab that’s 6g of carbs. I haven’t decided yet if I will continue to use the product or not or account for the 6 extra carbs in my diet.
