Amazing probiotic
I started taking this to help with gas and bloated associated with my IBS, not really expecting much, as I’ve tried numerous probiotics over the years. However, I was amazed by how well this worked not only on the gas, but also on my chronic constipation. I’ve been suffering for years from long term, chronic constipation and nothing, I mean nothing (other than laxatives) has been able to help. I love this probiotic. It did take about 2 weeks for me to adjust to it. It initially caused some wicked gas, but I told myself I’d give it a month before I quit and I am so glad I did.
