If you wake up early, read this review
I usually wake up at 2-4 am. I would take about 1/4 of a pill and go back to sleep for a few more hours. If I take it before bed, it only works for about 4 hours and Does not make me sleep 7 or 8 hours. If I take more, then I wake up with a headache and foggy brain.I have figured that taking 1/4 of a pill when I wake up too early works the best. But the downside is, as I discovered, short term memory loss. I sometimes struggle to find the word, what makes it worse is that English is not my mother tongue. When I donât sleep well, I have the same problem. At least with the pill, I not that tired and cranky during the day.Update:I further lowered the dosage to about 1/6- 1/10 of a pill when I woke up typically after 5 hours of sleep. It works great, I usually can fall back to sleep after 10-60 minutes and can sleep for 7 hours in total. The side effect is not noticeable.Hope more people will benefit from my review.

I struggled with staying up late these days. When I read about the benefits of melatonin, I decided to take them to encourage my body to go to bed on time. Needless to say that they work! They are gentle and strong enough and I am waking up less groggy!

It Works!
It works great. It does the job it says. There is a medical taste to the pill but that is to be expected. It takes about 30 minutes before you feel sleepy and calm. This also varies person to person. It does keep my hair shiny and I have experienced less fall out during brushing.

I take one about 3 hours before i go to bed and i sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed. Higher dosages leave me tired upon waking. 1mg is all that I require.Taking it doesn’t make me tired, but it helps me to stay asleep. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t take it.

Im a 3-5am night owl and just canât be a functioning person that way. So I use it to help me go to sleep by at least 1-2am.3mg is actually a lot for me, but I have awful anxiety so the grogginess the next day was actually a calming experience for me! But I take 1/4 and it works wonders for me.

1mg is the sweet spot for melatonin. This is a hormone. You really shouldn’t be taking much more than this and it shouldn’t be every night. That’s why I keep buying this over and over. It’s one of the few that offer 1mg and it’s always a good price.
