Love this product.
Milk thistle is perfect to eliminate hangovers. Take a couple before I know I am going to do some heavy drinking and a couple more before I go to bed. Works perfectly. I never have a hangover. Would highly recommend it.

Can open capsule and prepare as a tea
Instructions on bottle also say you can open capsules and take as a tea, so that’s how I am going to try it out. I like that this is an option vs taking a pill. I notice it seems to sink to the bottom of the warm water , but I just keep stirring it right before I take a sip. Not the best tasting but I can manage. We’ll see how this does. Note also instructions say take with food up to 3x daily.

I’ve used Milk Thistle daily for over 20 years. This is a good deal for the amount you get.
I do not have much experience with this brand but I’ve been assured it is pure and actually Milk Thistle is Milk Thistle no matter how it is bottled or branded. It is offered in different forms and extracts. But this is actual Milk Thistle. I like the quantity and price. The bottles are sealed well and the date codes are recent. I take Milk Thistle to try to keep my liver working well. It was damaged due to a virus I had which thankfully was cured by medications prescribed. Now I use Milk Thistle to keep my liver as clean and as functional as possible. I personally believe in Milk Thistle as and herbal remedy. My liver has remained stable since being cured and I am very grateful there are herbal remedies like Milk Thistle that are known to help.
