I’ve been taking these for a couple years now. I have tried numerous vitamins and wanted something like Balance of Nature at a lower cost. These have a full serving of fruits and veggies within them as well as very high potency of all the vitamins and minerals someone over 50 needs.I do feel a difference in that I have more energy and don’t get sick as often or recover quicker.
