My husband bought one of these and loves it. When it was my turn, I wanted to get something higher end so I bought a Waterpik. After one use, I returned that. The cordless one, which is what I wanted, had almost no pressure. I bought one of these. I received an email from the seller within a couple of weeks asking if everything was OK and if I was happy with the product. I was at the time. But when I noticed a minor leak, it was past the 30 day return so I wrote to the seller. They were extremely accommodating and offered to send me a brand new one. Within days, I received another product. I should add my husband has been using his for a year with no problems. The customer service here won me over. And the product is just right.

Game changer
Oh, this thing right here it is a game changer. OK let me tell you this when I go to the dentist. They always say oh my gosh your teeth looks so good. Oh my gosh I can tell that you floss I do not floss. I use this water floss pic, but I do use it more than just twice a day. I use it after almost every meal or at least the meals that I feel get stuck in my teeth. I do have it on high a lot of times most people canât handle that speed, but to me it cleans my gums and my teeth perfectly so I love this. I use it every single day all day long for the most part. The battery life is really strong or at least the USB of it is really long lasting so this is a really great purchase. If you are not big on flossing or remembering to floss and if you just like me and just do not like any food in your teeth, then this will be a great purchase for you.

IT’S STOPPED KEEPING A CHARGE
AFTER HAVING IT A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. IT STOPPED CHARGING. I plugged in the water pick to charge it and after some time, the indicator light would remain lighted, indicating it was fully charged. However, when I tried to use it. it wouldn’t work. it started blinking like it was charging, then it would stop. I decided to charge it overnight. still having the same problem. I’m not ready to buy another one. but I guess I’m going to have too. I really love this water pick. I noticed this before, but it started back working. I guess it was letting me know that it was going out.

Nozzle detachesâsafety issue!!!
I have only used this flosser a couple months. The nozzle detaches while using. Not only is this a safety issue but also creates a huge mess. I have now read this is a common issue with this unit. My husband has had a different brand for years with no issues. I would NOT recommend purchasing this. Unfortunate.

I love that this product stays charged a really long time so I get a lot of use out of it. I think I’ve only charged this product twice since I bought it which was months ago .

Didn’t Last a Year
I’ve bought two of these and both have lasted less than a year before dying. They worked fine while they were running, and went for months without needing a recharge. Then suddenly they would need to be charged every couple of days. That lasted a week, and then they just die. I’d rate it lower, but it’s less than $20 so you get what you pay for.

When our Waterpik broke, my sister suggested I buy a cordless one. Since my dentist was not happy with how I was taking care of my teeth, I took my sister’s suggestion and so glad I did. I actually keep it in the shower so I don’t have any excuses for not using it.I have had this for about a year and it has worked without any problems! I dropped it once on the shower floor and it’s still working. It comes with a variety of attachments so others in the household can use it. I highly recommend this one.
