This really helped me
My lower back got really messed up for quite a bit. I got a new chiropractor who helped me while I got better and sent me the link to this for support while working.I’m working outside in TN so honestly a lot of days right now it is WAY too hot to wear while I’m working but even then if my back is feeling off I’ll wear it while I’m driving to my next stop. Even while sitting it’s relieving. Just takes all the stress off my back.Ps. I thought the shoulder straps would make my shoulder/neck hurt but they’re comfy. You can just loosen them when you don’t need them.So I guess my only issue is how bad it makes me overheat.

I’m fat! And, I have a back and neck injury.. (accident related.) Helps when standing for a while and doing house work.. gets a little stretched but still works great. The extra tension straps over the belly are wonderful. You can make the fit tighter for more support.

I’m working on a place in where I have to lift heavy stuff (I’m 5’3 so everything it’s pretty much heavy to með ) so my lower back was killing me every day. After I got this product, that pain is gone. I bought it 3 months ago I think and it’s already getting worn out.But other than that it’s great, just use it with a shirt underneath it or it will be itchy.

Fit and support are great!
I like this brace because it is not big and bulky and still gives support. The inside band is not stretchy, but the outside band is! I figure the inside one is for support, and the outside for fit.Itâs not bulky, so is not very noticeable. Iâve had no issues with it slipping up, so I wonder if those people are tightening up their shoulder straps too much? Those are only there for convenience so you can undo the brace, but still keep it on you.I am 5â4â and 165-170lbs. I used the chart and bought an XL. It fits perfect.

I didn’t even give it much of a chance because the straps go into a little buckle thing that continuously slips sideways so it doesn’t offer a good fit.

Je l’ai essayé dès que reçue et l’ai portée quelques heures. Pour l’instant, je l’ai bien serrée (hernie discale)par contre, je n’ai pas oublié que cette ceinture se porte par-dessus les vêtements (me rappelle ce que m’avait indiqué mon rhumatologue) Il faut bien ajuster les bretelles, et le tour est joué ! Elle est légère et pas du tout gênante. On verra à l’usage dès demain, lorsque j’aurai lavé les sols de la maison (j’en ai au moins pour une heure et demie à chaque fois, et le lendemain systématiquement j’ai mal au niveau de la L5 pendant toute la journée) Bon produit, je recommande !
