These are the best Fish Oil supplements I have had
I started taking fish oil because my Triglycerides were a whopping 300 over the course of a couple of years (and i am 48 years old). I just got my lipid panel back and they are now at 159 – borderline high. I eat minimum of 4 a day with or without food. There is no after taste, they go down easy (i have yet to get reflux).I have really bad arthritis in my ankles. Nothing had helped over the years. And while I was only taking for the triglycerides i have noticed markably lower pain levels. This has helped me maintain my rowing exercise which is also helping the triglycerides OD situation.My physician was very specific about the EPA and DHA levels. This formula meets those targets.And since this is an amazon review, I must mention how great my wolf shirt looks doused in this fish oil.
