I have been very pleased with New Chapter Men’s Multivitamin for 50 plus. I have been taking this vitamin brand for the last two years and it has been very consistent from a quality standpoint. What I especially like is the high absorption rate, most of the ingredients are derived from vegetables and herbs, and it is only 1 tablet daily. My wife is also taking the Women’s version of this multi-vitamin and she has been very pleased as well.
