took this thing and went to sleep quickly. Make sure to give yourself enough time to wear it out, so I would not take this if you plan to sleep just a few hours. I slept strongly for a solid 8 for the first time in months.

Like hundreds of other recent reviewers, my bottle of capsules were stuck together. I donât believe they melted though – this brandâs capsule seems to be much thinner than others – I believe the thinner (AKA CHEAPER) capsules are prone to tearing and popping open, releasing their contents all over the other pills. The stuff inside the capsule is super sticky and syrupy and gross (itâs basically cough syrup). As I chip my way through these pills, more keep popping open and worsening the state of the remainder of the bottle. Hell, maybe they ARE melting in transit but the fact is, that shouldnât be happening. Iâve been ordering these pills from Amazon for decades and have never had this problem. Clearly this brand is just trying to increase profit margins by cheaping out on the gelatin capsule. Who knows what else they cheaped out on?
