Nooro portable foot massager.
I was very happy when I received my Nooro foot message. I have neorothapy in my feet and legs. I used it for 2 months and the host stopped working. I paid $99.00 for it I thought it would work longer than that. There is a 90 day warranty for it so I would like Amazon or Nooro to replace it for free. Iâve called once an no action was taken. So please reply. Itâs still under warranty. Thank you.

I purchased the Nooro portable foot massager in August 2024. It worked for three months then the controller would come on for ten seconds and shut off even when fully charged. I contacted the company via phone and gave them all of the information. After waiting on hold about fifteen minutes I spoke with a gentleman and gave him all of the dates and Amazon order number. Another five minutes on hold and I was told that the 90-day warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. It failed just out of warranty. The correct way to handle it would have been to exchange the defective unit for a new one and Nooro would have had a customer for life. He recommended that I contact Amazon and see if they would take it back. It’s not Amazons fault that the product failed, it’s Nooro’s fault.I will not purchase another Nooro product for the rest of my life. I strongly recommend that other Amazon customers do the same.POOR QUALITY AND AN EVEN POORER WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.DON’T BUY A NOORO PRODUCT FROM AMAZON OR DIRECT FROM NOORO!!!

itâs Not your typical foot massagers it sends pulsations into your feet and to be honest it feels strange,HOWEVER the results are awesome ! i use all six settings a couple mins on each and then apply a rub and between the two my feet are feeling so much better , actually really good! iâm very happy i hit it and it does take a min to get used to but if your feet hurt the way mine DID, itâs absolutely worth a try

Full Foot and Calf Focus
If you’ve ever used and benefitted from a TENS unit or feel like you’ve tried everything else for foot-related pain or tired feet without relief, I think this product is definitely worth a look.Pros:*Provides wide-ranging stimulation. In some modes, you can feel the effects on both your feet and calves. The focus of this product differs from a traditional TENS unit because you are targeting a wider foot/calf surface area versus specifically targeting small, more-targeted, spots.*Easy and quick to charge and piece together. The mat easily folds and is super light weight. Unlike a TENS unit, you don’t need extra equipment Ike sticky pads that will eventually dry out.*Many modes and much strength variation.Cons:*If you have high foot arches, it’s possible you won’t feel the effects as much in some foot areas as in others because it is an overall mat versus a unit that you can target toward certain spots (e.g. I didn’t feel the sensation as much below my heel, but am not sure if that’s due to my higher foot arch or that I was just feeling it more in other foot areas so that I did not notice it everywhere).Summary:At this point (i.e. a few trial runs), it’s too early for me to say if it will truly help my plantar fascitis/heel-based pain, but at a minimum, it was relaxing and definitely didn’t worsen any pain. Crossed fingers!

Not worth it
I actually liked this. It was actually working. Then after the 3rd use the pad was no longer working. I made sure the power disk was fully charged. Tried it on every levl on every section. There are 6 sectiobs with 19 levrls each. The power disk worked but no longer felt anything on my feet. The pad eas no longer working. I returned it.

Stopped working.
Product seemed good at first but after a few weeks it didnât feel the same. Now the power pack doesnât seem to hold a charge and has rendered the product useless. I bought the massager for a friend. He contacted Nooro but hasnât been able to get any satisfaction. I have now contacted Amazon and waiting for response from Nooro. Product failed in less than 90 days.

This works very well. If you are expecting a vibrating foot massager this is not it. It uses electrical pulses to do the massage. There are different levels of strength and style. It has really helped over times

You will feel SOMETHING !!!
Not much of a reviewer, but I had to share my surprising experience with my purchaseâ¦From the looks of it, you wouldâve expect much of anything from it but the power packed into this little device is strong & intense, in a pleasant way !! Honestly, I didnât feel or notice much of any sensation at first (intensity levels 1-5 are very mild) but, as I started to increase the intensity and toggle between the different modes, I felt tingling sensations throughout my foot that radiated towards my lower calf. You feel it more powerful & effective as you stand and use the device, as opposed to sitting down and using it. You definitely feel your muscles tense & pulsate, which makes for a very cool & unique foot massaging experience. I feel like with continued every day usage, it will gradually make a difference in tired & aching feet because you feel your muscles pulsate & react to the device in a very unique way, almost like shockwave therapy !!My only dislike is how it doesnât come equipped with a remote control to toggle between different modes & intensity levelsâ¦having to manually bend down to change it every time is a bit tedious !
