Itâs fish oil..
I just got this and took a teaspoon dose this morning. I canât speak yet of its effectiveness. I will review again after taking it consistently for at least a few weeks. I wanted to post this right away though regarding the taste. The lemon does make it easier to swallow but this is fish oil! It tastes like fish oil! Make sure you have something to chase it down with ð Iâm not a person who likes fish besides salmon and halibut, etc. you know, the fish that isnât very fishy. I will still force myself to take it everyday because I believe the benefits will outweigh the taste. I like how itâs in liquid form so I feel like my body will absorb the nutrients. Thatâs all for now!

It’s fish oil and lemon.
I just can’t do it. Its thick. It was difficult to get down. Haha. The flavor was not super fishy but it was still kind of fishy. Kind of like a really fresh fish and lemon. I tried mixing it in with some food but it’s still so strong I can’t do it. I ordered this liquid because I don’t like capsules but I think i will go back to the capsules.On a positive note, you get a decent amount of oil for the price. Super affordable.The packaging was great. The glass bottle is really heavy duty and sealed nicely. I will definitely keep the glass bottle after it’s empty.

Thia is best Dha and epa supplement and you will not see any benefit in real life and it don’t increase peoductivity and memory but for dha and epa you can try.Product is genuine but i don’t see any benefit in productivity.Try coconut water which works better than this
