Quality and Cheap
I did not like this at first. I kept getting the fishy burps after taking it. But the secret is to make sure you eat with your meal. You can still taste it but itâs less potent and digests better in my opinion. I take 1 lunch and 1 during dinner.
I think itâs been helping my inflammation but I also take vitamin D with this supplement. My muscles have been less tense after a couple of weeks of taking it everyday.

Wonderful and cheap
I bought this product because my nutritionist recommended adding omega-3 to my supplements. I did a lot of research and chose this brand because it is molecularly distilled and I was looking for the most eco-friendly option possible. I started taking it, and I take 2 pills a day in the morning. On the first day, I noticed a slight aftertaste, but it was minimal and disappeared after 4 hours. Now, I take it at the same time, and the aftertaste disappears within 2 hours at most. As for its health benefits, I will probably notice them later, but so far, so good.
