Really does work
I was a little hesitant because amino acids are generally just a protein but it REALLY DOES WORK. I waited to write a review for 2 months so i could report accurately. I’m a 61 yr old woman who loves cardio. After an accident, my muscles atrophied….started taking this and I have come back STRONGER than before the accident. I definitely feel stronger and my muscles are returning to normal in a VERY SHORT TIME. I will definitely be ordering more.

Genuinely works!
I started taking these to help combat muscle fatigue. I work in hotel housekeeping and typically put in nine hour shifts, constantly bending, lifting, pushing, and stretching. I’ve worked jobs that are worse on my body, but I know if I don’t take care of myself I’ll end up in the ground.I’ve taken a full bottle of this product over the course of a month, in the morning with a decent breakfast, and noticed that I’m not as sore when I go home. I stopped for a few days and the night time soreness is back. (I’m also taking potassium at night and a hydration replacer as I work. dehydration is a source of muscle fatigue too!)This is the first amino acid supplement I’ve tried and I’m going to try a few others before I circle back to this but, for the price this does what it needs to for me.
