Yes, Iâve been wanting to take an omega-3 product. So I found these the price was right. I donât get that fishy burping after taking them. I feel great no stomach upset. My only issue is they are so big, but then most fish oil capsules are.

I’m someone who has always taken some type of fish oil. I took Cod Liver Oil for years then I took Krill Oil for years after that. A few years ago I stopped taking Krill Oil. I read about all the benefits of Omega 3 and decided I needed to be taking it because even though I eat fish and nuts a few times a week usually, I know I wasn’t getting enough Omega-3.I got this for overall health and sugar cravings. I eat pretty healthy but sometimes I still get this nagging sweet tooth and unfortunately I live with someone who is determined to bring sweets into the house so it gets hard sometimes to not eat any. After feeling myself going backwards with my eating habits, I looked into something (healthy) for hunger suppression and sweet cravings.WOW. Omega 3 has been a game changer for me. I’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks and I see a huge difference. My mind is clearer and my thoughts more pleasant, my sweet cravings have completely gone away and the most I eat now if I want something sweet is fruit. I haven’t had any other sweets since getting this and haven’t wanted any. Overall, it keeps me full and my hunger suppressed for hours. The big thing is that it gives me SO much energy when I exercise. I cycle 3 times a week and since taking Omega 3, I’ve had a burst of energy that’s unreal. I breeze through my workouts now and I don’t even get tired during them like I did.Obviously, I was deficient in Omega 3 and glad I started taking them. This supplement is a miracle and I feel like I have already shrunk some inches because my jeans are a little looser than they were too.If you’re gonna take any supplement, pick Omega 3.(Oh and if it matters to you, I am a woman in my late 40s.)
