Woah. This stuff.I was (am) addicted to caffeine (partly due to needing energy from a medication that can make me fatigued). However, coffee was costing me $100-200 a month and not only made me really jittery and anxious but also, I had to have like 3-4 cups a day to stay afloat.Lucky for me, I decided to try these (I always go with top rated products, with the most votes, because thereâs usually a reason so many people say itâs so good) and wow did they rock my worldâ¦!!!The first day, I took one pill in the morning and within 20 minutes, I felt energized but clear and in a pure and clean wayâ¦no jitteriness, no anxiety, and no feeling like I need another until midday (truly, I havenât tried to go a day on just one pill in the morning – I always take a 2nd one between 12pm and 1pm just to ensure Iâm not losing out on feeling fully energized). I donât take naps anymore (like I did on coffee) and I donât drink coffee anymore. 1 pill in the morning and one midday keeps me going from 6am to 12am (thatâs 18 hours). Itâs also way easier to wake up.And I still have no trouble falling asleep.I REALLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT if youâre looking for less jitters and anxiety and to completely obliterate your coffee expenses. Note that coffee has other things in it that contributes to the jitters and anxiety. Iâve now learned that caffeine, alone, was never the culprit.Nothing but good, clean, clear, pure, effective, consistent energy, here. You will NOT be disappointed. DO NOT take more than 2 pills a dayâ¦also, you really shouldnât need to.Pro-tip: L-theanine works synergistically with caffeine and will not make you tired. Rather, it will calm and relax your mind. I take two tablets of the Stress-Relax brand called âSuntheanineâ in the morning when I take my first caffeine pill of the day, and this helps to combat any heady feeling the caffeine pill may give, as well keeps me calm, cool, and collected when I go through stressful situations throughout the day (as a preschool/kindergarten teacher). I highly recommend this combo if you also feel like 200mg of caffeine is strong on your system. 🙂

They do the job
Perfect size for me. This is a load of caffeine though so it will make you jittery and will probably mess up your sleep depending on when you take them. If I take one after 4 pm I have trouble getting good sleep the same night. I only take them for studying and whenever I really need to get some work done. If you want like a coffee or energy drink replacement I would get a less strong option. These hit wayyy harder than any bang or triple shot Java monster, just keep that in mind.With all that being said, these things definitely make you feel wired and focused. Maybe not quite as strong as a vyvanse or adderal but still strong.

Long-lasting but use with caution
It says that taking these is the same as drinking 2 cups of coffee, but to me it feels like drinking 5. Very long lasting and definitely gives me the kick I need. It can cause digestive upset (stomach pain and strong urge to go for me) but caffeine will do that, especially in high doses. Definitely recommend for a good pick-me-up but use with caution.

Good energy boost
Not much to say, works perfect, comes with the right ammount, and helps boost energy. After it wears off there is a feeling of tirdness but its not until the day is nearly over so around 7-12 hours. I personally prefer to take them as they are, but i have disolved in boiling water for tea which somewhat works, but leaves a residue. Overall pretty good.

Non-coffee drinkers fix
I will never drink coffee, but use 1 of these as a morning pick me up on work days. No jitter at all ( I am an overall large guy) and works for hours.Do eat with it, however. Or drink a lot of water. It tends to give mild stomach cramps if you forget. Just a bite or 3 of food is enough. But take a little snack with it and you can focus on the job like you need to

ditch the overpriced and gimmicky pre-workouts sugary plus acidic energy drinks and just order these 200mg caffeine pills for 1/10th of the price of the aforementioned products. Celsius and most energy drinks contain 200mg of caffeine so youâre getting the same amount of caffeine at a fraction of the cost and these are 3rd party tested. the main ingredient for any pre-workout is caffeine, anything else added is usually gimmicky and the science to back up the other ingredients is almost non existent. Easiest choice iâve made regarding caffeine and energy

looks clean and I think yeah its got some filler if you look at the ingredients and what not but it does the job for making my own preworkout. Im not a caffeine junkie i think the preworkouts out there are too much caffeine and not enough of the good stuff like citrulline so these pills have really helped plus sometimes, i dont want any caffeine. the bottle looks nice and you get a ton of it. im sensitive so i twist the capsules off and pour the powder into something. 1 capsule makes about 0.44grams so 0.22g for 100mg caffeine is enough for me and should last quite a while
