I needed a multi without biotin and it was the only one that I ran across. I am into fitness and it covers all the vitamins that I usually look for in a good multi vitamin. I also familiar with the brand. I actually seem to have improved energy, especially at the gym.

No biotin but could be improved
I bought these because they have all the B vitamins I wanted WITHOUT biotin (which interferes with my regular thyroid blood work). Because they meet this requirement I will continue to take these, but they do smell pretty awful and that unpleasant odor and flavor lingers for a while. If the manufacturer could improve this, these would be perfect for my needs. And please donât ever start adding biotin to theseâitâs so difficult to find a decent, affordable multi that doesnât include biotin!
