Best Omega 3 for your money hands down
I did a lot of research into different fish oil supplements before picking this one and I am not disappointed. This is a high quality, effective omega 3 supplement. It mainly helps with reducing inflammation in the body which helps joint pain, heart and brain health. It’s capsules have the same texture as most other omega 3 supplements but without the fish burps. It has a slight citrus taste. It IS the best bang for you buck. I found more expensive brands but none seemed any better in quality.

seems like high quality brand, so far so good, I dont feel weird using it, I dont notice fish
Pricy, but I can take this without issue. Some brands make me feel “off”. My 70 something years old mom shared some of this with me to try when I told her I couldnt find one that worked for me. I found that I could take it no problem, so I went forward with ordering some for me.I am used to eating fish, especially canned varieties like sardines, various tuna, mackeral. So fish taste or burps dont bother me unless it is pervasive. This is low to no burping or taste to me. Others who are more sensitive may sense otherwise. But I really dont notice anything with this.I like the orange added to it. Some use mint, and while I like mint, the internal cooling sensation is weird. It has about half the amount that my doctor wants me to take. So most days I take double the dose, and other days I use a less preferred brand as my second dose.It will be awhile before I get labs done, but I am hoping for some improvement. In the meantime I will consistently take this (and have ordered enough to get me through a few months), and perhaps will come back to update.

Some fish oil is better than others for treating dry eyes…
This “eye formula” fish oil made a big difference in treating my Dry Eye condition. It’s high quality, and works if you use it daily along with Dry Eye drops (I like RETAIN).

2,100mg Omega-3 with 2 softgels; easy to swallow & cost effective.
Been taking this for years and never disappointed. Love the fact that this supplement is widely available (at least up and down the U.S. east coast). As far as capsules being stuck together, I avoid this by purchasing from supermarkets (at or next to the store pharmacy) if I run out during summer months. Some markets offer discounts if you buy more than one bottle. And as others have noted, it’s easy to separate stuck caps by knocking the side or top of the bottle against a hard surface. Best taken with a meal, I suggest starting with one cap per day and working your way up to two (or more if desired). Because these are high potency Omega-3, I found I could not take more than two (over two meals daily); when I tried taking 3 a day I occasionally had uncharacteristic nosebleeds. These were easily stopped by pressing the side of the nose affected for a few minutes, and cutting back to two caps per day. For those who favor products labelled “Good / Excellent source of ALA Omega-3”: ALA is an important nutrient on its own, but the majority of folks’ genetic makeup does not effectively convert ALA to Omega-3, typically only 10% efficient. (Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that is made naturally in the body and also found in foods. It is used to break down carbohydrates and to make energy.).If you want Omega-3 supplementation, you need to consume via diet or supplements either fish oil or algal oil to achieve your Omega-3 goal. Do not rely on product labelling touting ALA as a source of Omega-3.

Fishy burps
DISAPPOINTED. I bought specifically because it said high quality, highly refined, no burp fish taste.Well I recently received and had my first one with food at lunch today…..well, big burp, ahh nasty taste. It’s like I had just eaten a can of cat food. So I may roll the dice and try one more time, different day different meal, if same result, I’m going to just toss it in the garbage.
