Iâve always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep at night. Iâve tried everything to no avail until I tried Olly Extra Strength Sleep Gummies! Iâm 6â3â and 220 lbs with an athletic build and Iâm a health guy. I eat right exercise, etc. my brain and body just struggles to slow down at night and I would typically take at least an hour to finally fall asleep only to wake up numerous times during the night.I take four of these before laying down and wishing 15-20 minutes Iâm dozing off and asleep. The best thing is that I stay asleep and feel rested in the morning. These have been a God send for me. Iâve been taking them for four months and they are still just as effective as day one. Four is my magic number. If I take more, I feel groggy. If I take less, they arenât as effective. I found that four of them helps me peacefully drift off to sleep and allows me to rest throughout the night. Yes, I have some vivid dreams sometimes since taking the, but thatâs ok. Iâm finally able to fall asleep and get the rest my body and brain needs to be productive and at my best the next day.
