Great value, may help depression
This Omega 3 fish oil blend has the ratio and dosage of EPA (1000mg) to DHA (500mg) recommended by Dr. Stephen Ilardi in his book, The Depression Cure. My husband and I both take these pills to help with depression. Itâs been a couple weeks and I think itâs beginning to help, although my depression Has been mild For a while. The price is very reasonable. The pills are the same size as most other fish oils. My husband has no problem with tasting or burping with this fish oil. I have indigestion, so I occasionally burp regardless of whether or not Iâm taking fish oil. The momentary taste of fish oil I occasionally get is not as bad as some other pills Iâve tried. The dose is two pills, and Iâve been taking them separatelyânot sure if thatâs part of whatâs helping me burp less. The Depression Cure suggests freezing the fish oil pills if they make you burp, but itâs so rarely an issue, I do t bother with freezing them.

Tasteless!
I’ve been taking this omega fish oil supplement and I’m impressed with the results. There’s no fishy taste or unpleasant burps, which is often a concern with fish oil supplements. It’s a great option for those looking to incorporate omega-3s into their diet without the usual drawbacks. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a quality fish oil supplement.

Quality and value in a fish oil supplement
I decided to give the Caraway product a shot when my regular fish oil stopped being sold. Iâm very happy I did. The main selling point for me was the 2 pill daily dose. Many of the competitors who advertise similar EPA and DHA numbers are 3 pill doses. The Caraway is more concentrated making it a better value and less, fairly large, pills to swallow. With the high concentration can come fishyness and burps as Iâve found with other pills Iâve tried. I was relieved to find that the Caraway claim to be burpless was valid. All in all Iâm very satisfied with both the products quality and value.

Good Quality and Value
I’ve bought this many times. It meets my nutritional requirements, it’s pharmacy grade, easy to swallow, and a good value. Some have commented on it not being burpless. I’ve never had a problem with that.

No weird aftertaste.
I tried quite a few brands of fish oil and stuck with these because they leave no weird aftertaste, are less expensive than many of the others, have been consistently good quality and well packaged. They are a really big soft gel pill, which might be a problem for some people. I do keep them in the fridge – especially in this very hot summer. Also, these come from Alaska, so I’m not as concerned about their origin or manufacture.
