Accurate, easy to use and quality materials
I compared readings from this device to a manual mercury gauge, and the readings were very accurate. I bought this model because it takes 3 consecutive readings and reports an average and because it was recommended by my internist. The device has many functions and can be paired with a, smartphone, however I did not see any big advantage to connecting it with my phone. The manual is well written, but you will need to read it carefully to understand how the average readings work. The cuff and the device have the look and feel of a quality product.

Fast, Easy and Accurate
Easy to read screen that stores results for two people. Phone app lets you keep a record of your results. It is pretty accurate as well as fast. It lives up to them. I could have used the smaller version of this but I think this was the model that would hold readings for two people. the only think I would change if I could would be to have rechargeable batteries but I could not find one with this record

First thing I noticed was the cuff. It is not the thin cuff that I am used to getting on the blood pressure monitors. This one has some heft to it. It is not thin and flimsy. It also has a distinct marking on the cuff so it is easy to see how to line it up properly on your arm.The blood pressure monitor runs on either 4 AA batteries (included) or an AC adapter (included).You can download an app (Omron) and pair the monitor with the app on your phone. That will keep track of your readings for you. But the blood pressure monitor works just fine without the app.This monitor will give you a lot of information. And it will let you know if there was movement while taking your blood pressure which could give you an inaccurate reading. You will also be alerted if the monitor detected AFib.The manual that comes with it is very easy to understand. There is also a Quick Start Guide for those of you who prefer not to read an in-depth manual. Please note that there are instructions in both the quick start guide and the manual that show you how to correctly sit while taking your blood pressure. I worked in the medical field for years and found that people struggled with taking their blood pressure. Even though they felt they were doing it right, they weren’t. And that tends to lead to a lot of incorrect readings. So at least look at the pictures in the quick start guide.The monitor will store readings for 2 users, up to 100 readings each. What I really liked about this particular monitor is that you can have a “guest” use the monitor and it will not mess up your readings. To allow another person to use the monitor, press both the users buttons at the same time. Then on the screen you will see a user button with the letter G. That is for guest mode. Now there reading will show on the monitor for them, but it is not saved in the monitor. So no need to worry that it will mess up your average readings.I take my blood pressure daily and it is low. I like that this monitor is sensitive enough to pick up on my low blood pressure without pumping up so tightly trying to find it. I find that this blood pressure monitor is quick and accurate.One thing to remember when taking your blood pressure is, it is never the same. But they should be in the ballpark. Anything wildly different, rest, wait about 30 minutes and retake. Do not repeat the readings too close together, you will not get accurate readings.This blood pressure monitor also comes with a storage bag. It is a soft sided storage bag, it zips closed and has a carry handle on the top. Very nice to keep your monitor in when not in use or when traveling.I am very impressed with everything about this monitor.

Premium monitor
This is by far the nicest in-home blood pressure monitored I have used. The cuff feels very well made and everything about it is just top of the line. It shows on the same screen your last result and even detects possible AFib, super cool! The buttons are simple and I could figure everything out without touching the manual, however I do have a few complaints.Why is there no rechargeable battery? I love that they included a way to plug it into the wall, as using disposable batteries is so wasteful. They even included 4 Duracell batteries in the box, why not just put in a sufficient rechargeable battery at this price point? and although I enjoy the screen, it is very easy to read with nice illuminated white text on black, The white light bleeds quite a bit which lowers the premium feel a bit that you would expect when spending this much money.Overall even with my somewhat minor complaints, I do highly recommend this monitor, it does everything you would want and a bit more.

It’s reads very consistently with my existing BPMs, which means it’ll align with the BPMs used by my Dr. office and provide consistency.2. It has a large and clear display which makes reading results easier and it is easy to use.3. It can operate on batteries or off of an included AC adapter.4. It comes with a travel bag and is packaged nicely if you’re thinking of giving it as a gift.5. It is integratable with Android / iOS health tracking apps to monitor trends to share with your doctor.This is an excellent choice for a blood pressure monitor.

New cuff design is amazing
I have high blood pressure and I’ve used Omron, plus many other brands over the years. This newer model is light years ahead of the old one I have. It shows updates on the screen much faster and has subtle, but very cool animations while it takes your blood pressure.The biggest advancement for me is the cuff design. The older one was much smaller and it was just a simple Velcro fastener. The new design has a much bigger and easier to adjust cuff that will fit very large arms. There is a metal loop the cuff goes through that makes it easier to tighten. I also like that it comes with a wall plug and battery operated option. This thing feels like a Cadillac compared to my older one and Omron is probably the most trusted player in the home blood pressure space. Really glad I ordered this and it will be my new go to for many years.
